Imagination

I shouldn't even be surprised by what Austin comes up with anymore. He made this dog all by himself. The socks for ears are brilliant don't you think. Later I noticed that he also drew feet on the bottom of the box! He has been dragging this around with him everywhere he goes, he even sleeps with it. What a creative 4 year old.

Gingerbread

We made gingerbread houses for home evening the other night. They both really enjoyed it. Austin had a few ideas about how he wanted his to look. Cayden just ate as much junk as he could get his hands on, but he really liked his house when I was all done.

We decided to cut our own tree again this year. Last year it was a mess and everyone was crying by the time we were finished, but the weather was nice this year and we didn't go very far from home this time...because of that we had a hard time finding anything that even looked close to a Christmas tree. We walked for awhile and cut the first one we found. We are positive it was the only one in the area :)

Why I dont post more often...

This is what I found after I finished posting this morning...
Destruction: 2 cubes of butter,
several CUPS of hot chocolate mix,
several ponds, yes pounds of sugar, they filled the sugar tub with water,
One boiled egg,
Cube of cream cheese,
Gallon of Milk (Im not quite sure what they put in there),
and My sanity for the day.
See ya next month :)

Way Behind in November

Reed had a birthday that I never posted anything about. This picture made me laugh. I guess turning 29 had him doing a little thinking...dont do that for too long!
The kids...keeping Trey tough

Lobos Lobos Lobos

I am really slow at posting this but a few weeks ago I went to Prescott with My mom and Brother to watch the Lobos. Charece is a Senior this year so it was sad when they lost. They had a good team and I wish they could have gone farther in the tournament
The next day we drove down town by the courthouse and walked around for awhile looking at antique shops, they had so many neat things in those shops...another place I could spend a lot of money :)
