Greater Chicago Epilepsy Walk 2010

About a month ago my mom and Addison joined me down in Lincoln Park as we walked with Northwestern Hospital to raise money for epilepsy research.  I was so happy that I was able to join others who live their "new normal" each day and to share this time with my mom and daughter.  Again I feel so blessed that she is ours and God made it possible!

Breakfast of Champions:)

Here we are with the wife of my neurologist Dr. Schuele
Ronald helped us get started:)

We made it!!
People even had their dogs out walking:)

A drink after a long walk is always good!
What a memorable day....See ya next year!

Shopping

Addison and I went to the outlet malls to do a little shopping:)  After we were finished we had a quick snack in the back of the car.  9 months ago Addison had her first bottle in the back of the car after her first shopping trip to Carters.  It is amazing to see how much she has grown!

She also got a new pool on our shopping trip!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was such a special day this year.  God has blessed my life in so many ways but none can compare to our beautiful little girl!  She is a joy in our lives each and every day!

Mother's Day Present!

The teacher in me thought that it would be a great idea to make a project for my mom, from Addison, for Mother's Day.  What a great idea to put her hand print on a flower pot and plant a flower in it right.....?  Is Addison a three year old preschooler???  NO!!  Needless to say it was a memorable experience...and Gramma loved her gift:)

Two Schneiders a Pederson and a Fegan

We had a great time at Aunt Jeri's celebrating the newest Schneider!  Little Eli will be joining our family as the fourth great-grand child in the last two years!!!  He will be the first boy in the group!  It was great to see Amanda and to share time together as a family.
