Mother's Day 2015

Friday before Mother's Day, Logan's class had a "Mother's Tea" and invited all of their moms to come for some cookies and soda and a little program. Logi was so excited to show me all of the cute things he made me:) On the table where I sat, he wrote "My mom is awesome!" He also gave me a plant that he decorated the pot and a poem book about me. It was so sweet how excited he was to give me everything and to have me there:) The program was really cute. They sang some songs and Logi had a few speaking parts. He did a great job and really loves to be in the spot light!

Program time!
Logan's speaking parts:

Later that night, Benny and I went out for a Mother's Day date night. We went to the temple for the first time since we moved here and did sealings. It was so fun to go back to the temple where I took my own endowments out before Benny and I got married in the SLC temple. The Vegas temple is beautiful and it was so nice to go before we have the baby and life gets even more chaotic...is that possible?!?!? After the temple, we went and ate at Culinary Dropout at the Hard Rock Hotel. Hands down my favorite restaurant...love it! We love date nights and try to go every Friday, but usually it ends up being every other Friday...we'll take what we can get! That time alone is sacred and so important for our marriage and our sanity!!! The boys have loved meeting new babysitters from the ward and they love date nights as much as we do:)

Mother's Day morning, the boys had this waiting for me on the table:)
They were VERY excited for me to open it!
Beau drew this stick figures of me and him:)
Dane did the left side and Logan did the right. So sweet:)
Rooski delivered the card from Benny to me:)

Love my Benny Boo Boo Bear:)

They definitely spoiled me! They gave me my favorite Brookside chocolates, gum, a gift card to get a pedicure (YES!!!), Nordstroms' gift card, and a Subway gift card. Such sweet and thoughtful boys. Love them so much:)

Card from my dad

Daners made me this at school. The flowers were painted with his little thumbprints. So cute!

He also made this at school.
Ha! "Rolls"...he means the chicken wraps that I make for lunch every day:)

He is having a little "q" and "p" confusion, but he is not confused about one of my favorite things to do!:)
He means "plays"...silly goose:)
Aww! Such a sweet boy:)
Logi made this for me at church:)
Ha! "BOWE" made this for me at church too and Daners gave me a flower. Church was so nice and full of the Spirit, very sweet Mother's Day messages, and yummy treats:)
One of my Mother's Day wishes was to get some pics with my boys, which they hate!
It's a miracle...they are all looking and smiling!!!
Such stinkers:)
The boys touching my belly and trying to feel their sister kick:)

All of my babies! Coco Tootie included!!! Love these 5 with all of my heart and love being their mommy more than anything!!!

Another pic of Coco Tootie at 34 weeks. She is getting BIG!!! Only 6 weeks to go!!!
He fell asleep on the 5 minute drive home from church. Such a cutie:) When we got home, Benny made me my favorite dinner: chicken gyros with homemade tzatziki and rice...mmmmm! He also made my fave dessert: Rolo brownies!!!
I love this quote with all of my heart:)
My dear dear friend, Michelle who lost her angel mother to cancer not that many years ago, sent me this poem. Love it so much:)
Love and miss my gorgeous mom so much:)

I love this picture of my beautiful angel mother as a young mama experiencing exactly what I am going through now. I am so thankful to feel her love & guidance through the veil every step of the way. There are definitely ups & downs, but nothing makes me happier than being a mother to my 4 sweet boys & their sister on the way...absolutely nothing. Such a fulfilling, humbling, & sacred calling. I could not be more thankful for being entrusted with these precious little lives. #HappyMothersDay to all of you amazing mamas & mamas to be! #blessedbeyondmeasure #34weeks #sharegoodness
This was my view right after I woke up from my nap:) I would definitely say this was a very successful Mother's Day!!! Thank Benny and the boys for making your mama feel so special and loved! Love you all so very much!
