Looking for Renters

I've been pretty absent on this blog.  I'll catch up some day.  Right now I am packing because it looks like we will be closing on a "new" house in less than 2 weeks.  So, by March 1st I'd like to be renting out my house.  Know anyone who is interested?

Kitchen

Benton never gets tired of this kitchen! A few weeks ago I took a video I haven't posted (along with Thanksgiving and Christmas posts), but he puts things in the microwave, closes it, pushes the sticker buttons, and says, "boop boop boop.". So cute!

Baby Signing Time

All the sudden he'll sit still for TV, well, at least for Baby Signing Time, which he requests. I changed his diaper while he was watching, and he just stayed there. If you know how active he is, you know how noteworthy this moment is.

Little Helper

As Benton started pulling silverware out of the clean dishwasher I prompted him to put it in the drawer which he thought was a great idea!

Then when all the silverware was out, he picked up a tupperware lid, walked over to the tupperware cupboard, opened it, put the lid in. Crazy how aware they are even when they're so little!

Nursery

 While we were visiting in Utah, Mike thought we should give Benton a try in Nursery. He is not 18 months old yet, so I stayed with him. The nursery worker was taking pictures and emailed these to me.

Snack time!  They had fruit snacks, so he was really happy.

 
 

He did well until he saw Mike walk by (they kept the door open).  We let him leave when he wanted to.
