Our month of August was a busy one.

Lake Powell....

Our fun filled week at Lake Powell began with Grandpa driving the house boat out to Padre Bay with some little helpers.

Justin and I enjoying the scenery off the back of the house boat.
Brad, Ashley, Kai and myself enjoying some sun.
Justin's still got it.
Kamden enjoying a swim.
Carson caught the first fish.
My super sexy sister!!
A chubby caboose. We had hours of fun on the slide off the back of the house boat.
On our day trip to Rainbow Bridge.
Kevin knows the way.
We made it. Now just to hike back there in this blazing heat.
Kevin and Ashley
Riley soo not happy having to hold the bridge up.
Carson
Kai
Kamden
Ron, Ron your good!! You made it! :)
The "trailer" as Kai kept calling it.
Sad day. We had a storm roll in Sat. night and these poor people. Lost their houseboat and both their ski boats.

First day for School....(finally)

Riley started 3rd grade this year. Carson 2nd and Kai off to pre-school.

Kamden get stitches.....

I really have to say I'm shocked he's make it this far along in life without any until now. Kamden jumped in the pool backwards and busted his chin on the side of the pool. Him and Kai now have matching scars. The first thing daddy says "that sucks. now they'll both have messed up facial hair."

A trip to Skateland....

Aunt Kari took us all to Skateland the Saturday before the kids headed back to school. I haven't skated in years and years but we all had sooo much fun. Uncle Theresa was even in town to enjoy the excitement. Thanks Kari!!

Another camping trip....

Here's some photo's of another camping trip we took this summer. Our friends had a quad there that Kamden was insistant on riding since he had driven his cousins (smaller) one on the last trip. We kept telling him this one was to big for him. After a few days of whining Justin let him give it a go.....

And here he is right before crashing into the tree...(he quit asking to ride after that)

Here goes Riley on the little dirt bike.
(her uncles should be so proud.)
Here's Riley's little fishing people.
