More and more Jews are leaving the third largest city in Sweden: Malmo.
Malmo has had a drastic increase in the Arab population and its mayor is totally on the Palestinian side. Jews have been attacked by radical Muslims and the result is that countless members of the Jewish community are either leaving for the Swedish capital of Stockholm or they are making Aliyah to Israel.

Israel's daily "Israel Hayom" has a news tody which quite struck me:
What is the most popular boy's name in England ?
The majority of England's parents name their newborn son MOHAMMAD.

33% of today's British population is Muslim and thus, the news is not such a big surprise. However, when I read it I had to think of my old English teacher Mr. Anthony Jenkins from Birmingham. He lived in Germany but passed away some years ago. During his lifetime, he taught us real old British English including Shakespeare quotations. Mr. Jenkins wore old tweed jackets and behaved in a totally English way. He was strict but had a great sense of British humour and it is his fault that I spell in a British way (torch) and not in an American way (flashlight). :-)

Nevertheless, I wonder what Mr. Jenkins would have to say about all those Mohammads populating England today.

Sweden is not a good place for Jews

In particular, Sweden and Norway have become more and more anti - Semitic within the past ten years or so. Known as liberal countries, especially Scandinavia has been flooded with a huge amount of Muslims from the Middle East such as Palestinians, Lebanese and others. After France, Belgium and Holland, Sweden has become Europe's number four concerning the Muslim population. 502,000 Arabs live among a 9,3 million Swedish population; thus making up 5,6 percent of the entire population.

Malmoe has turned into an Arab paradise and most inhabitants are anti - Israel. 55,000 Arabs live in Malmoe. The entire population of Malmoe is 275,000 inhabitants.

Yelling anti - Semitic curses at Jews in Malmoe is nothing special anymore and more and more Jews leave for Stockholm, London or Israel.

The Israeli daily "Israel Hayom" was reporting about the 33 - year - old Jewish lawyer Markus Eilenberg last Friday. Born in Malmoe, Eilenberg and his wife had good jobs and a properous lifestyle. However, Markus Eilenberg didn't feel save anymore and doesn't see a way to raise his two children in a Jewish way. The Eilenberg family decided to leave Malmoe and make Aliyah to Israel. A month ago, they moved to Modi'in and are now facing the difficulties of Israeli Aliyah bureaucracy. Just as every other new immigrant as well. However, the Eilenberg's are happy to be here and see the Jewish community of Malmoe soon vanishing.

Malmoe will be left with a bunch of Arabs who then will turn over to terrorize the local Swedish population.

An ongoing exhibition at the "Beit Hatefuzoth - Diaspora Museum" in Ramat Aviv shows how Spanish diplomats helped Jews to escape the Holocaust by providing them with visa.

German - Jewish Soldiers in Metz (France) in 1870

This fabric print (curtain ?) caught my eye when I was visiting the "Eretz Israel Museum" yesterday. The pictures shows German - Jewish soldiers fighting against France (1870 / 1871) but holding a Yom Kippur Service.

The "Eretz Israel Museum" has lots of parks around its buildings. Even a planetarium which was, unfortunately, closed. The above fabric print is being exhibited in the  Folklore Pavillon located in one of the parks. Jewish German soldiers fighting for German during the war in 1870. The same during the First World War and look what happened years later. German Jews have always tried to be so terribly German and even better Germans than the Germans themselves but despite all kinds of assimilation approaches, when it comes to certain situations, Jews always remain Jews. No matter what, the Gentile will never stop reminding us ...

Does it still really matter if there is another incident of old / new anti - Semitism ? At the moment, the Iran has moved to Sweden. A Swedish newspaper is accusing Israeli soldiers of having killed Palestinians in 1992, in order to steal their organs and sell them. This accusation sounds as ridiculous as "Jews would spread Aids over the entire world" or "Jews would use the blood of Christian children in order to bake Mazzot or Hamantaschen".

The Jewish community of Stockholm, however, accuses Israel of making such a fuss about the article. No one had even noticed him before the Israeli government freaked out. In fact, the new incident of anti - Semitism is making up all local Israeli headlines. The Swedish government refuses to block the newspaper and claims the freedom of press for it's country.

The behaviour of the Jewish community of Stockholm is more than typical for a Diaspora community. In order to keep the damage low, Jewish communities prefer to keep quiet. Just like the German Jewish community during Hitler. Many Diaspora Jews still haven't internalized that there is a State of Israel today and that anyone can say his opinion. Especially when there is new anti - Semitism and lies being told about Israel. The only thing they are worried about is loosing their convenient Diaspora life.

Outcry about the desecration of Jewish graves in Europe where people build buildings or other equipment on or around the graveyards.

Whoever is interested or feels like demonstrating or praying can go to Shivtei Israel Street in Jerusalem this afternoon (Wednesday). The Edah HaCharedit decided that people come and pray for the Holiness of Jerusalem. Tehillim (Psalms) and Selichot are being said.

Holiness of Jerusalem means praying for the closing of the parking lot Karta etc. on Shabbat.
