Sophie's Blessing

Sophie was blessed at church today. It was a very special day. Here are the pictures we got. They're not the best, but they'll do!

Pretty Girl

I just love this dress that Sophie wore to church today. So I had to have a photo shoot. Noah looked pretty handsome too, so when he wakes up from his nap, I'll try and get some pics of him. I think I have such cute kids!

Sweet Sophie

On Monday, August 15, at 9:40 am, we welcomed sweet little Sophie Claire into this world. She weighed in at 7 lbs 4 oz and was 20.5 inches long. Here are a few pictures of her first few days.

We are truly enjoying Sophie. She sleeps a lot, which is nice for her tired mom. Unfortunately, it's mostly during the day, but that's ok. We're so excited to have Sophie in our family!

Happy Mother's Day

So this dress was my mother's day present. I love dresses like this. It's not a maternity dress but it totally works. And hopefully it can be worn after the baby comes too! I hope all of you moms out there had a wonderful mother's day!

Easter

Easter was a lot of fun this year. Noah had a great time looking for his Easter basket that the Easter bunny hid and finding eggs outside. We had to hide eggs about 4 times because he kept wanting to look for them again. Below are some pictures we took after church. I think Noah sure does look snazzy!

Spring is here!

Well, it's been a while since I've posted anything on our blog. I'm sorry! We still don't have internet at our house so it makes it difficult to keep everyone up to date. We are excited that spring is finally here! We've enjoyed beautiful weather lately and have had lots of fun playing outside again. Below are some random pictures from the last two months. As you can see, Noah is a silly little boy. He brings so much joy to Daniel and I. He is looking forward to the birth of a little sister in August! Yep, we're going to have a baby! Sorry it's taken to long to post this info. We're super excited to welcome a little girl into our family. I'll post a pregnancy pic soon. Until then, enjoy the wonderful weather and the joys of family.
