Eliza is going to stay with my parents while I am at Women's Conference

Me: Eliza let's go pack your bags for Grammy and Papa's house

Eliza: OK!

Me: You are going to be there for two nights, what do you think you need?

Eliza: Well,...hmm two dress ups because I'll want to dress up.

Me: Do you think you might need anything else?

Eliza: My swimsuit just incase I want to go to her water park.

That won't be a hard bag to pack.

While trying to write a 5 paragraph report for the previously mentioned teacher (that will remain nameless.)

Price: I wish I could just do Math all the time

Me: Why?

Price: Because that is the only thing that I really understand

After complaining about a hard homework assignment that Price was given, shocked that he would have to do work at the end of the year...

Me: Just think in just a little more time you won't ever have to deal with Ms. _______ ever again.

Price: Yeah, 15 days of torture.

Saturday Night Dance

Price and his cousin Travis both turned 14 within a couple weeks of each other.

This is the first time they went to the Saturday night dance together.

It would be so cool to have a picture of the first time I went to a Saturday night dance.

Birthday Surprise!

For Price's birthday Rob took him to the Suns game.

They got to the game before it started and were going to get settled into our regular seats when they ran into Price's basketball coach and his son.

.

His coach used to play in the NBA and still keeps in touch with a lot of people there.

.

They had two extra VIP passes and offered them to Rob and Price.

.

The passes allowed them to go down on the floor and back underneath the stands. They were right where the team runs out to get on the court. They got to eat the buffet that the owner and all of the other big wigs eat before, during and after the game.

After the game was over they hung around and got to meet all the players. Price even got a jersey and had Steve Nash sign it.

Rob was taking all the pictures.

Seriously, a cool 14th birthday!

Eliza: Mom, wouldn't it be cool if we had a car that ha a princess seat on the top.....

and no one was allowed to sit up there but me....

and you guys could sit down below.....

and I would ride up there....

and it would be like I was flying...

and my chair had butterfly wings....

and it would spread its wings and fly....

and I would say, "Oh yeah, I am living the life baby."......

That would be awesome!...............

I guess you guys could ride on my chair sometimes.
