Spring and Sprinklers

We recently enjoyed our first over-80-degree day!  Dad was working on the sprinklers and Eliza Jane and the dog had a great time cooling off.

Pink

"I just kindof feel like today should be a pink day, Mom!"

All in a Name

"Mom, was I named after Queen Elizabeth?

"No dear, you weren't.  Why do you ask?

"Our names both start with E-L-I-Z-A, and well, we ARE both beautiful!"

I can't argue with either of those statements and I suppose there is no harm in a six year old believing herself fit to share a name with a Queen.

Snow Day

School was cancelled - which means movies, snowshoes, sledding, and of course shoveling!
