Cinnamon rolls

Payton wants to do and be involved in everything that anyone else is doing. She is not one to be left out. So when Craig wanted to make cinnamon rolls one Saturday morning, I told him that he needed to plan on having a helper cause there was no way Payton was going to miss out on the fun.

And she really did stick around for the whole thing. She had to help with every part of it. Here they are getting them all rolled out.

Roll 'em up. "Let me help, daddy."
Gotta love the Saturday morning attire.
Yup. As far as Payton is concerned, "smile" still means "show me all your teeth."
Time to get the pans greased up.
Still hangin' in there. Lickin' her fingers and sneaking bites the whole way through.
This is her stool. She calls it her "skool." She is pretty handy with this and hauls it all over the house getting into everything that is supposed to be too high for her to reach.
Finally......the finished product! Boy oh boy, were they good. One of the best batches yet, Craiger!

Mas Mexico

Get it? Mas Mexico? Yeah, I'm practically fluent in Spanish now.

I wanted to put a few more pics of Mexico on my blog. I need to be able to look back on these to help push through the next couple months of winter.

Here is our lazy river. They weren't lying when they said "lazy" but hey, I wasn't complaining. Sunny Mexico in a lazy river? Nice way to spend an afternoon.
Just some of the surroundings at the infiniti pool. The grounds all over the Four Seasons property were immaculate and gorgeous.
Craig and I in front of the infiniti pool. It was so dang cool to lay at the edge of the infiniti pool and watch the ocean waves crash right beneath you.
Here we are at the location where the movie "The Predator" was filmed. We were going to attempt some zip lines but we were too late and they were closed.
Craig and I kicked it for about 3 hours at the beach one afternoon. It was awesome. I took an awesome nap and was just a pro at relaxing. Have I mentioned how nice this vacation was? We had SUCH a good time.
I know, I know. Rough life. Kickin' it for an afternoon in our open air cabana on the beach. And don't you worry. We had fruit smoothies and fresh fruit brought to us by the pool boys so we managed to stayed fueled up for the day.
Back at our crib.....enjoying the last sunset of the trip.
The lighting was so pretty at sunset. Don't Kelly and Rachel look so serene? :-)
Oh, man. Can I go back?
