Payton is into a fun little cheer lately. Here she is on the car ride to Idaho last weekend.

Get your hair did

As a little girl, you haven't lived until you've had to spend time in some pink sponge rollers. Oh the joy. :-) That day has finally come for Payton.

Payton has now figured out how to smile on command. She thinks it just means to show her teeth. So this is what you get. Man oh man, I love this kid.

And the final result....

Payton gets a little crazy running and jumping on our couch. I know I shouldn't allow it, but we do have some really fun times playing on the couch. There is a little side effect of static though. Her hair gets out of control with static.
This isn't an action picture. This is just how much static there is.

I have no words to explain why I haven't blogged in over 4 months. So I won't even try. I'll just try to stick to my New Year's resolution to get back in the blogging game. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
