My shoe WISH list!

I love love love shoes. Im the kind of person that will buy a pair of shoes that dont go with anything I own because I love the way they look. Id rather buy an outfit to match....shoes say everything! These are some of my faves at the moment, be sure I'll post more. I have a little obsession of internet shoe window shopping....it does me NO GOOD! I really need to get some boots though and its always been difficult for me to find a pair I love....Im open for suggestions!These are patent leather (LOVE patent leather) ballet flats from Topshop...I love that they have an ankle strap and one across the top as well....it makes them so much more distinct than your regular ballet flat.

I just discovered these and I love both the brown and the black....I think they are so classy yet a little bit of funk! They are by a new designer called Bobbi Blu, I saw these ones on Piperlime.com....love that website for shoes!


I saw these two on Piperlime as well, this one just above would definitely have to have the right outfit with it but I LOVE THEM and these ones on the bottom are TOTALLY ME!

Here is our yummy almost 12 week old baby! He has such a good head for beanies! We had him weighed on Monday and he weighs 17 pounds and 2 ounces! He smiles and giggles all the time! Although these pictures dont show it....it was too close to lunch for him....a full tummy always brings on the smiles! I'll have better luck next time!

Thanks for this idea Lisa! I love seeing what all my girlfriends use and getting good ideas! Here are some of my faves! Vincent Longo lipstain, I use a TINGE of this and some gloss, it stays on forever!

I love Smashbox's combined eyeshadows. They have several different choices and I think they are all really good. They last forever as well.
Ive tried a BAZILLION different mascara's from super cheap to super expensive and BY FAR Cover Girl professional all-in-one curved brush mascara is my ABSOLUTE FAVE! I stock up on heaps of it when Im in AZ....no Cover Girl in England!
I have to have Aveda Inner Light concealer. I dont use a foundation so this is perfect for around my eyes and a little bit on my face! I love that most of the ingredients are natural as well.
MIRACLE WORKER here! Bio Oil is a legend with stretch marks!
Dual foundation powder from Aveda. It comes with this spongy pad but you have to buy the regular pad separate that way you dont get cake face!

MAC powder blush in Pink Swoon...love it!

Waxworks

If I were a celebrity Julie or Natalie from Waxworks would be part of my entourage and fly with me all over the world. Im a long time fan of the Brazilian wax.....yah yah I said it get over it! Ive converted many to Waxworks.....all who were naysayers in the beginning so....dont knock till youve tried it! If I had to pick 5 things I miss most about not living in AZ, Waxworks would be one of them!It is totally a must have!

Katie's baptism dress

It was another immense weekend for us! We went to Poole (a couple hours away from us) to go to one niece's baptism and another niece's blessing! It was so great to see family and our friends! Another niece is also engaged so I spent some of my time taking engagement pictures, blessing pics and baptism pics! I loved it! Im not sure O was a fan though! He did fairly well but he has let me know over the last couple of days that he doesnt want to do that again any time soon! He's so fab and we cant believe how fast he is growing! He's cooing, smiling and laughing lots....were so in love! Anyways, here are a few pics from our weekend. Ive tried to post a few more but Im having issues so check the Pied Piper blog out over the next couple of days and I'll post some more of my favs when I can!

So only a couple of days late, but at least I'm blogging (second ever post). I had just wanted to let everyone who reads our blog know that it was Lindsays birthday two days ago, while we were away at a friends wedding, and that I am so grateful that she was born 29 years ago. I love her so much and am so grateful for all that she does. She is an amazing wife and has since day one been a wonderful mother. I am so in love I can't stand it or voice it enough. CRAZY WEEKEND!!

This was such a crazy weekend for us! Two of our most fab friends were getting married on Friday in Wales....oh yes Wales.....a five hour drive for us (AT LEAST!). I was NOT looking forward to travelling that distance with an 8 week old baby not to mention that their wedding was on my birthday (Im pretty selfish about having that day all to MYSELF) AND I was NOT NOT NOT all that thrilled about trying to look good 8 weeks after having a baby! BUT Andy and Rachel are our very good friends so we made the sacrifice! Owen was such a good baby! He slept most of both journeys with only one stop for chowtime! It was the blessing we prayed for let me tell you! Here are a few pics of the fab time we had!

Can I just say that Im glad that THIS is NOT me?! When I did photography previously I did mostly weddings and I must say that I lost the savor for them FAST! Needless to say I dont generally do them anymore! Babies, kids and families are so much more fun!

Although he doesnt look it here, Owen was such a trooper!

Being that Andy is a ginger, there were loads of little ginger kids all over the place! I love redhead kids.....so cute!

Crazy weekend!

Wales was absolutely beautiful!

One of my most favorite things about English weddings is that all the women wear hats! It is so fantastic! We have a few more weddings coming up and I am TOTALLY planning on finding a fab outfit with a fab hat!

I look like perma spare tire lady at the moment but at least my feet are thin! My mom got me these fab wedges and they were the only part of my wardrobe that I liked!

We have SEVERAL friends of ours that are pregnant and Genevive (seen below) is due in three weeks, WE CANT WAIT!
