The Zoo

I love the zoo, you never know what you are going to see. We first got to hear a kuckabura sing and then saw a peacock strut it stuff. Always an adventure to be found.


So Grif couldn't stay out of the pictures. Jax and Jake wanted to show off their strength and prowess and there in the back Grif showed up in the back with his arms fold leaning back. These pictures just make me chuckle every time I look at them. Always the comedian of the bunch.

"Hey are you taking a picture?"



"Not another picture without me!" (look at the very corner you can see Grif running to get back in the picture)




FINALLY! We get to meet the baby elephant. Last time we came it was too cold for her to be out. Jar and Grif could have gone home happy after seeing her.



Nice picture taking Jax - Either someone's head or something else was cut off. We'll work on that at least we can see the baby elephant.
