Gutterballs

We went bowling with Shelley and her friends at Bedrox for her birthday. We took Bailey with us too and she had so much fun!!! She enjoyed herself so much in fact that she peed in her pants twice becuase she was too distracted to tell me she needed to go. But other than that it was great. Shelley's new beau was a little nervous to meet some of her family but he dealt with it and seemed pretty nice, even if his name is Cleve. :) I broke 100 in our first game but bombed in the second. Stephen did really well and Baileyand Makayla did grrreat! It helped that the bumpers came up automatically when it was their turns.

Christmas

So we had a wonderful Christmas. We got up early and went to my mom's for breakfast as tradition goes. Then we went and picked up Ethan from his mom's house. It was tough but I convinced Stephen to wait for Ethan before we opened presents. We made a stop at the Lowe's to say hello and take Jonah a gift. Then we finally made it home around lunchtime to open gifts. The kids loved everything they got and so did Stephen and I. Some standout presents that they loved were: Bailey's Spongebob fishing pole, Ethan liked his fishing pole but he didn't go anywhere the whole weekend without his new Webkins (Ally the alligator), and Maddi likes her new popper thing-where you push the buttons and the characters pop out. We had a lot of fun and are so grateful for our blessings and especially the birth of Jesus Christ.

Maddi

face it, she's the cutest thing on 2 feet. that's right, she walks.

Gingerbread Trains

Stephen was working on a project this weekend with a friend of his who has an adorable little boy Bailey's age named Isaiah. What does this mean for me you might ask. It means my plans to go see Twilight with Jeannette and posse are out because I'm babysitting. So I decided it was a good time to make some gingerbread trains. They turned out pretty cute. As cute as can be expected with me being the only adult with Ethan, 2 two-year-olds, lots of icing and candy.

Christmas Time!

We got our Christmas tree put up a few days ago. I love it!! I love Christmas! I'm afraid to put up my other decorations because I don't want to put any holes in our brand new walls with nails. But I guess it'll happen sooner or later so I may as well just do it. We still need to get our own star for our dainty little tree but it looks pretty. We've added a few more ornaments since this picture too-I can't believe Stephen actually let us put his keepsake Star Wars ornaments up this year! I even have all my Christmas shopping done, except Stephen. I can't decide on what to get him. But I'm happy to know that we got to Christmas shop on Best Buy this year (we had so much money leftover from what they had to pay us to repair our walls and floor that they damaged from installing our refrigerator-SWEET!). I really wish I had an advant calendar for Christmas. If anyone has any good ideas on a homemade one I would welcome the thoughts! Well I hope everyone has a great Christmas this year. I know I can't wait for mine!

Cute Girls

Just try and tell me they aren't the cutest girls ever. They like to do the "naked dance" after they get outta the tub, this time I got their pants on before they had to start dancing.
