The latest projects I've finished have been scarves with beads. I love using beads in my knitting. These projects were addictive and I just could not put them down. These scarves were a great easy take-along project because the beads are strung onto the yarn before you begin and the patterns are easy to learn.
This one is a kit from Oak Grove Yarns. Jamie was knitting this at one of our South Bay Knitters meeting and I fell in love with it.
This one is the Heather Undulating Waves scarf. I bought the pattern from Ravelry and joined a KAL on Ravelry. This was really fun to do. You would never know it but the beads for this scarf are a lavender color. But used with this yarn, they appear white.
And now I've started a new lace project. It is the Harebell Fichu from Victorian Lace Today. This is the picture of the back from the book.
And this is mine so far. You knit the band and then work the lace and apply it to the band. It looks very hard but it's not. I can do this while listening to a book or TV.
