Last night we got together with our homies the Bleazards and the Brauns and talked about our camping trip this weekend.
All the kids went swimming while the adults chilled, talked and ate some dessert.
After the kids swam they made themselves some smores in our fire pit. Look at all those crazies.......couple of butt cracks too to throw in the mix.
All of our kids had done their reading at school as well, and had gotten their free Roaring Springs passes.
We all decided to co-ordinate and go together.
So we did!!
We got to Roaring Springs at 11am when it opened and partied in the sun all day together.
I'd asked Nawang to watch Emiko for the day as Roaring Springs is more of a big kid kinda thing. They went to kung fu Panda 3 and hung out and had fun. I'm grateful to Nawang for helping me out.
Here she is with Jojo.

Nydia was there too but she took off in this picture to get her kids lunch so we just have her two older ones.
We wandered around and did all the rides we wanted to do
Here's Takeshi being crazy as always.

There's no controlling that kid.
I was so proud of all the kids man cause they did this straight drop ride. So you get in at the top there and stand on a platform and then it drops down off your feet and you go shooting down through a stream of water. I thought Yuki would back out for sure and she totally didn't man. She did it. I was so proud of her.
We wandered around and did all the rides and kept hydrated and tried not to burn our feet on the concrete.
We took a lunch break and saw one of my mates, Shannon there with her kids. She was set up right by us which was awesome.
The lines were way better in the morning. The morning is the time to go for sure. If I had season passes I'd go from 11-1 and then leave!!
It was so much fun to be together and the kids getting their reading reward you know.
What a great day.
I didn't take many pictures cause we were all too busy having fun.
So much fun, in fact, that on the 15 min ride home all of them took a quiet cat nap.
They love it and it helps them to do their reading the next school year cause there's no way I'd pay $30 each for our whole family. So with them being free and Dru getting a discount from Simplot, it was more affordable that's for sure.
I'm glad we went and it's over.
It's a little stressful to keep an eye on all the kids all of the time you know and make sure they're ok. I'm glad Dru was with me this year. It was way better having him there to help out.
Fun, fun.
