It's been a nice break. I've missed seeing Avery at home. We have watched several movies with different friends...
Horton Hears a Who, Toy Story, Charlie Brown Christmas, Kungfu Panda, Bolt, and maybe more? Today we watched HSM 2 in which Avery came crying to me saying “This movie is so sad. Gabriella left without Troy. She just got in her car and went away…” I forced myself not to laugh at her and just told her to hurry and go see if she comes back...Seriously? Crying during HSM!!!???
We have also been drawing a lot. Here is Santa carrying a bag of toys...
Zane just likes drawing plain ole people with weird hair!
I was suprised when he decided to change it up a little and draw me when he was inside my tummy...
Bordem causes me to do crazy things. Zane's hair was getting a little out of control...
but I didn't want to get it totally chopped off. It's cold right now and I was kinda getting attached to his hair. I also wasn't ready for him to look two years older with a short hair cut. So this is the crazy cut I gave him...
Now that Christmas is over, we have several new toys we are playing with all day long. I'm not ready for school to start back up yet.....
Here is the whole Bean Family picture. Little cold, lotta wind.
Saturday morning we took the kids to the fair grounds where Memaw took the kids to the train show. Wes, his brother and I went home and painted the exterior of our sunroom.
The kids came back and Wes took Zane to a birthday party while I went to OC's basketball game to watch Avery perform. Yes, this was our wrapping job. I'm a gift bag giver but the playdough was shaped like a trapezoid and wouldn't work. This is what last minute wrapping looks like when you don't own wrapping paper and couldn't find tape. Oh well. What you can't see is Zane's cute card he made of a birthday cake and balloons. He was proud!
Avery did a great job at her cheer clinic! Memaw came and watched too...

Holding hands and all! In pencil it says Avery Cklan. I guess their love for each other is back on?! A couple of days ago she came home very excited to inform me "Today Callon and Colt both said they love me!" I kinda want to go spy on her during recess!
Neighbor friend came over with her mom and sister to work on hers as well. So cute!

Seriously, another picture?! Yes. Don't you know I need lame pictures in order to blog. Sometimes I'm a little low on material alright?! This is what we call a redneck train table. The boys love it!
