McKinlers FINALLY got to have her birthday after waiting SOOOOOO long :) Seriously, it's tough to watch both your sisters and your dad get to have a birthday before you do!
I can't say enough about what McKinley brings to our family. She is the life of the party, the sunshine in our souls, the energizer bunny. She is just so darn happy and funny!! She cracks us up constantly with her silly, crazy antics and loves to keep everyone laughing. She very proudly calls herself the crazy one of the family. When you really get her laughing, it's the best thing in the world!! She loves to be loud and wild and is very social, all of which sometimes causes problems with her very quiet and serious older sister. And honestly, most of the time, McKinley keeps going just because she knows it annoys Madison so much. But I see so much of myself in her, that I just can't help but smile and shake my head! She also has a very sassy side and can throw some major attitude when she doesn't like something (usually chores). She's very logical and analytical, which makes arguing with her a lost cause. I suppose she gets that from me too :) While school is very easy for her and she excels in all subjects, especially math, she's smart in a way that goes beyond just book work. She's very curious about things and understands complex concepts that I don't think most normal 6 year olds get. Thankfully, she's also just a really good kid - obedient, kind and helpful. She's especially good with Reagan, who adores her. I think we're in for it when she's a teenager but I love this girl so so so much!!
