Have you ever been in one of those states where everything is falling down around you and the tunnel seems to be getting smaller, the light seems to be dimming? Well I have. I had a few days this week where I was wondering what the hell am I doing? Working full time (well crazy over time), school full time, and mom. And it was one of the days that I thought for sure my head was going to explode. Then my dear sweet Kayda came home from grandpa's house. I had made cookies for the girls and was planing on having a good night. Well before Kayda runs to the cookies she runs to me gives me a big hug and tells me she missed me and loved me. Then she pulls out this pin that is a rose and says she got it for me. Everyday since Kayda had asked me to wear this pin. Not a big thing but God knew what I needed at that exact moment and delivered it to me in a form of my little girl. And tonight while I sit here at work starting to get over whelmed again I look down at this and remember why I am doing all this. So here is to my little girl Kayda who helped her mommy float again.

A warm winter day
Yesterday was a nice and warm day here in Arizona, so before dinner we played outside. I told the girls that we needed milk for dinner and that they should run to wal-mart for me. So they both ran and got their purses and jumped in their jeep and took off!
Lucky for mom they had some car trouble not far from home.
After all the hard work Brock and Dad did a little disc golf practice. This disc golf will have to be a whole new post. I will explain in later.
Dear sweet Mckya stayed focused on fixing her jeep, she wanted to go shopping, one way or another.
Kayda soon joined in the disc golf fun, but soon a disc flew astray and hit her, so she came to help mom and Kyton hold down the blanket.
Here Kyton is helping mom with her homework. Lets just say I have the excuse "my kid ate my homework"

Mash Potatoes
We tried mash potatoes tonight. And I found it easier to just place a glob of it on his tray and let him eat at his own pace!
But I had more fun putting my toy in it and sucking on my toy!

Happy 6 months old to Kyton!
HE IS GROWING UP!!!!
WOW, can you believe that Kyton is 6 months old already? So. For his half birthday mom and dad took him out to Nate's Cowboy Cafe for lunch! Well mom and dad ate at the Cafe, Kyton got all the attention of the other customers and waiters!
Daddy gave him a lemon. Yeah that was a cute face!
This picture below is when he was only 1 month old. Look at how much he has grown!
Just mommy and daddy!
This morning Derick and I ate breakfast in bed! The 3 older kids spent the night at grandpas so we had Kyton and the morning to ourselves! I was awake at 630 so I went and made eggs, bacon, toast, and chocolate milk. Then made us plates and we watched the new episodes of Phines and Ferb in bed!!! Yeah thats right the disney channel! We know how to live it up right!?!

Swimming at the City Pool!!
Today I decided I would try and be super mom again... When will I learn? ANYWAY. The 4 kids and I went to the city indoor pool. Well after we pay and get inside we go to a family locker room. This is where I should have packed up and went back home. We start to change and I soon see that Mckya's swim suit has missed the bag. So she gets to go swimming in her clothes. My boobs are bigger then I like to think and my suit does not fit right. Ugh...
So we head for the pool the kids rinse off and out we go. Things are looking good. Now this pool has a lazy river. It is 3 and a half feet deep. Brock can touch but he can also swim. So I load the 3 younger ones on arms and we go around the river. We get back to the baby part and Kya, mom, and Kyton sit and play in the jets. I am watching the other two out of the corner of my eye and notice that Kayda has gotten to close to the river and got swept in the current.
Now this next part will make any mother so proud! Brock sees that Kayda has gone under and runs about 5 yards jumps in swims the 3 yards to get to her pulls her up and then swims her the next 5 yards to the stairs. ALL ON HIS OWN DOING! He got to her before the guard even got out of her chair! Now there was only one guard on duty fully dressed with shoes and all. Momma was a little upset but so very pleased with my little man! WOW
Again we should have left then. So things calm down I then notice I left the diaper bag in the car along with the bottle. So this means I get to nurse Kyton in the open now. As I am doing this Mckya gets a little to close to the river and gets swept off into the current. UGH! So here I am, boob hanging out, running across the pool diving in with Kyton still attached and pulls her out of the water. Again where are the life guards that we are paying??? This is where I finally load up and head out.
So here is Brock swimming in the river underwater!!
The girls in the "baby area"
Now because I still have not learned my lesson I head off to get all 3 kids a hair cut....
Brock on his new dirt bike! (sorry its so late)

Solid foods!!
We are starting soild foods! So far I have gotten carrots to not be spit out as soon as I put them in his mouth. But he likes sitting in the chair more then eatting.
Playhouse
For Christmas the kids got this playhouse from grandpa Coco. It is a gaint box that pops up and you color it. Yeah the woman out there who decided to sell this made a killing this season. IT'S A FREAKING BOX!!! That cost $15.00. But the kids love it. Plus they get to "decorate it" how they want it.
Mckya had to lay down to color this house in. And I do have to admit that I did enjoy coloring it too. You can see my handiwork in the right hand corner there. I got to color the white fence, bushes, flowers, bird, and dog all to how Brock told me too.
I had to divide up the house. Mckya had one side, Kayda the other, and Brock got the ends. This way no one would fight over how to decorate it.
The brotherly bond grows
Just look at my 2 boys, sitting together in the laundry basket, full of clean clothes, playing X-box. Kyton just loves his big brother Brock so much. His face lights up and he starts searching for him the minute he hears his voice. I just love it. I do wish they were a little bit closer in age.
