24th Of July

I wanted to be home to celebrate the 24th of July with my family so it was great that we got home the day before!

 

We started the day by going swimming with our cousins Madison and Emilee!

 

 

This was Deegan's first time trying the arm wings and he did great!

It was a fun afternoon! Then it was home for naps to get ready for fireworks later at Coco's!

These 2 were having a great time taking turns giving eachother rides. It was pretty dang cute.

I put him to bed and then came out to find this. He informed me he was sleeping with me. He won. Him and his pillow and 4 blankets hopped into bed with mom.

 

And that was our 24th of July! It would have been perfect if Eric were there too!

 

Home Sweet Home!

We made it home on July 23!

It was so nice! I got teary eyed driving into the valley.

 

 

My mom had these balloons our for us and her and Dylan were here waiting for us. It is good to be loved!

 

Our tree turned into cousin it while we were gone.

 

Griffin made himself right at home.

 

They loved having a bath. Our trailer just has a shower so they missed it!

Eric's Birthday!

July 20

 

Eric worked a double shift (like 20+ hours) between the 19-20. He got home at like 8 am on his birthday and was TIRED!

 

 

He  crashed for a bit, then changed a tire and did several other things! He took a longer snooze and then we went to dinner to celebrate!

 

That's a good lookin crew!

 

We went to a yummy place called Cool Hand Luke's Steakhouse.

 

Deegan enjoyed daddy's birthday ice cream!

 

We got him this cool "American Lineman" shirt. Deegan is huffing and puffing and blowing daddy down in this pic. :)

 

We did his cake and birthday dinner on Sunday and had our friends Dustin, Katelynn and Brent over. They went to eat with us on his birthday too.

Then it was time for another snooze.

 

It was a fun weekend. We were leaving for home the next day so we were all getting a little sad to leave Eric.

July Randoms

Deegan has started taking gagillions of pictures on my phone. This is one screen shot of many showing all the pics he took.

We had a big water fight one evening. It was seriously so fun! Deegan is only crying because we turned the water off. ha ha

We drove to Vegas for Eric to have an interview (they offered him the job but we turned it down) and passed a million windmills on the way!

 

We stayed at my Aunt and Uncle's house and Griffin went to bed toooo late and woke up toooo early. He was a grump and so was I. I was losing my mind ands I took him and put him in the car. I didn't want to go anywhere so we sat in the driveway. He fell asleep in minutes of course. When I thought he was into a deep enough sleep I took him in to lay him down. Yeah, he woke right up!! I wanted to cry. ha ha

And then a nice place to sit!

 

 

I had a horrible headache this day so I got the kids a snack and turned on a movie and laid on the couch. I started to smell something good and sat up to find Deegan playing in the foaming hand soap. I didn't even care. :)

 

This night Eric went back to work at 9 pm so it was just me and the little monsters. I was happy to have their company!
