4 Wheelin'

Eric took me on a 4 wheeler ride on Saturday and it was so much fun. It was nice to spend the day just me and him. Here are a few pics......

Here we are! Don't you love my shades?! I forgot mine and I think these are his dads but I was grateful for them!

I just loved this little creek! It was so fun. I love water features like this. I would love one in my yard! :)

More of the creek....

It took us a while but we figured out how to set the timer on the camera....

They got a little out of order. I just loved the fun plants growing in the creek.

Isn't that an awesome view??? Eric enjoyed stopping to look around because they go so fast on their dirt bikes that he misses a lot of the scenery.

We saw this 4 point just off the trail. You cannot see it too good but here he is!

We had a great time! We had planned to go clear to Bear Lake and eat lunch because that is what the boys do but Eric was not used to how slow you have to go on the four wheeler :) Needless to say we didn't even come close to making it before we decided we should turn back unless we wanted to be gone until dark! But it was a great day and we had a lot of fun. I loved all the scenery! I sometimes forget that we live in such a beautiful place!

Happy Birthday to my hubby!!

So Eric's birthday is on Sunday the 20th and he told me I was not allowed to buy him anything. So I had to get creative. The owners where I work have a son that flies. He has a stunt plane (extra 300) and does crazy stuff in it. So I arrange for him to take Eric up on a ride. I was sick to my stomach but I knew he would like it. Here are a few pics....

Here she is...Extra 300.

Getting his instruction on how to escape and use the parachute should the need arise. Yeah, that made me feel great!

Ready for take off!

And they're off! My heart was beating pretty fast. I cannot imagine what Eric's was doing!

Aren't the mountains pretty??!

The pics in the sky didn't turn out so well. This one is cool though because he is spraying the smoke.

This pic is pretty much pointless but they did some INSANE stuff. He does flips, twists, rolls, flies upside down, cork screws....You could not get me up there.

You can't really tell in this picture but he was so pale when he got done! ha ha! He never threw up but his stomach was a little sick for an hour or so after. He loved it though and informed me that he would like to get his pilot's license one day. What have I done!! But I was so glad that he had a fun time! I love you so much babe!! Happy Birthday!

Memory Lane......

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Have fun!

Happy Birthday Dylan!!

We got together on the 5th since we were pretty busy on the 4th. We did fireworks and celebrated Dylan's birthday. It was fun to see family but it was just not the same without David :( He was always our pyrotechnition (I am pretty sure I just made that word up but you get what I mean!). We will have a big 4th when he gets back to make up for it!
Dylan turned 13 on Saturday. Yes, that is right, he is now officially a teenager! Scary! We love you bud. Happy Birthday!!

Our cousins from Boise and Pleasant Grove came to visit and we all got together for fireworks and some cake and ice cream. We love to see them!

I told Morgan to make a funny face for me to send to David and she didn't even hesitate!

Then I had her make her cute face. I would have to say it is pretty stinkin cute!

Is there anything he can't do???

I was working with my family all day on Saturday and we were having family over for fireworks so I asked Eric if he could straighten up for me. He said he had already done some but would see what else needed to be done. I have had some random decorations laying around since we moved in that I have been waiting for inspiration on how to arrange them above my stairs. He was obviously sick of looking at them because when I can home, this is what I found!!

He hung the clock and arranged the items above. You cannot see it very good but not too shabby if you ask me!!

He also hung this clock and put this plant in the bathroom. I was quite impressed! Thanks babe!

We don't need a Wii.......

Who needs a Wii when you can play it up old school style with Super Nintendo?! Since we still do not have cable, I came up with a new way to entertain ourselves. We went to my parents and stole their Super Nintendo. I don't think they will miss it since they also have a Nintendo 64, Game Cube, PS1, PS2, PSP, and an XBox 360! Anyways, I am not talented enough to play Eric's PS3 so we started playing Super Nintendo and the very best game....Dr. Mario & Tetris combo!! It works out really well because I kick Eric's trash on Dr. Mario and vise versa on the Tetris. I am pretty sure if there was a hidden camera or tape recorder it would be pretty entertaining. We get pretty into it and are quite competitive. We also have some other classics like Donkey Kong and Lemmings but we have not cracked those ones out yet! I still would love to get a Wii so that I can make a fool of myself but for now the Super Nintendo will do just fine!
