The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #110 - I is for Inky.

Now here's a fun, new challenge for you: I is for Inky! Yep, Edna and the gang have had soooo much fun playing along with this one, and would love you to come and play too! 

As soon as the challenge theme as announced,  I knew which stamps I'd be using. However, first I had to create a suitably inky background. I did this by spritzing some watercolour paper and then randomly dripping blobs of Distress Ink from re-inkers all over it. I encouraged a few swirls and blends to appear with my heat gun and then left it to air dry. I stamped the glasses background and then added the Paper Smooches die cut and sentiments.

This was so easy, and yet satisfying to make! I thought I'd photograph my card outside and share a little May sunshine.

We're going all Steampunk over at The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers for this challenge and once again Edna has dressed for the occasion.

While I do like all things Steampunk, I really do struggle with this style of card making.

However, once I'd spotted this cat over at VLVS I decided to go with this bit of fun!
My teamies are a lot better at Steampunkery - you can head on over and see for yourself as there are cogs, mustaches, big winged flying machines and googles aplenty on offer!

Card Chain Challenge Reveal - April 2018

Hi guys, I totally dropped the ball this month and forgot to get this post set up. I've had no keyboard for the last few days and this has proved tricky with a capital T.

Luck/Rabbits/Friendship

Fussy Cutting.

I used a mix-and-match approach and used the colour Spice, the circle from the sketch and a fussy cut rabbit on this card that I sent to the lovely Jerrie. The rabbit and the sentiment are fabulous freebies from a magazine.

I was delighted to receive this beaut from long term blogging buddy Dawn in New Zealand.

Last month I wasn't able to blog my card as it hadn't reached it's recipient before the Reveal, so I'm adding it now as I'd like to share this cute little bee!
