Anxiously Awaiting!

We are getting pretty excited for this baby to come! 2 1/2 weeks to go (hopefully less;)We've been finishing our basement-and I would take/post a picture, but oh man-it's a mess down there! Hopefully the drywall will be done b/f baby boy comes. We are so thankful for so many things. Good health, a JOB!, and and the blessings of a family. Stay tuned. . . .

Halloween Night!

We loved trick-or-treating with our friends the Bendorfs and Daynes! Thanks again for a fabulous time- the kids had fun running from house to house. They are still enjoying the candy.

Pumpkins!

We carved pumpkins for family night. I love how the children want to do the difficult ones, but it ends up being the parents carving ;) I was pretty impatient and just wanted to smash the whole pumpkin. Ryan came through for all of us! The face one is pretty cool, uh? Next year, just triangle eyes/nose and a mouth-please!

Happy Birthday Ryan!

Last night we celebrated Ryan turning 33! Thanks to Papa and Nona for the yummy Texan queso, and the Kulka's for coming. We had lots of food, chatting, games and fun. I am so thankful for my hubby. He is the love, joy and fun of my life! I love you babe, Maureen

Stake Conference

Every time we have stake conference I love to go to the temple with our family and get some photos and walk around. We enjoyed the messages shared by our stake. As economic times are hard in Michigan, it reminds us of how grateful we are to have a job, and be so blessed. And to help others out as well. We are also grateful for the counsel, to avoid debt, have a food supply, and make wise financial decisions. When we follow the Prophets counsel, we really do feel safety and security.

Sophia

The other day I heard Sophia making noises from her room and found her in the chair pretending to read a story!

And then just now I looked down and saw this: do you think we're having a baby soon or what? Is she going take the baby as her own?!

Finishing the basement?!!!

Ever since we found out we're having a boy, Ryan has been on a mission to finish the basement so they can have a big enough room for all three of them! We are excited for when it will be done, however I think it will be awhile! And in between all this we're starting school, soccer, 3 big ward activities, and having a baby?! Hopefully we'll survive. I apologize in advance if we don't have anyone over for awhile, we're a little crazy now!

Cousins!

A week after our big trips to Brazil and Tennessee, we enjoyed some more family fun. This time with Corless cousins visiting from Illinois! We had a great time celebrating birthdays, having BBQ's, swimming swimming swimming, Preston's first bee sting (on his lip!) going to the beach, bike rides and baseball. Thanks for visiting!

Tennessee Fun 2009

We have had quite a summer! Thanks to Jon and Jen and Clark family members our boys and little princess had a blast in Tennessee! They enjoyed swimming, boating, exploring, and being with their cousins! Here are some pics:
