Well Hello Officer!

Ethan had his first run-in with the cops today. We were sitting at the dinner table and he got a hold of the phone and was playing with it. I saw him dial the number 9-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 and I laughed about it until he pushed 'talk.' I quickly ended of-course, thinking it didn't register until about a minute later the police called back and asked what was wrong. I explained what happened and apologized and the operator hung up. Surprise surprise when an officer came to check on us 15 minutes later! Sorry for being so careless officer but thank you for making me feel safer...oh and shame on you Ethan!

Christmas Fun!

It didn't take long for Grandpa to show little Ethan his 3x5 cards...in other words, he put the little guy to work putting up the Christmas tree! And he loved it!
Nice rat tail buddy! Cecil has been dying to cut it off but I just can't bring myself to do it because he twirls it with his finger when he's tired. It's like his built-in self-soother.
Ethan puts his feet up and Cecil pushes him all around the house...that's what we do all day when there is so much snow outside!
Ethan looked and looked at what he wanted out of the play box and this is what he pulled out! He put it on so proudly and wore it around for quite some time. What a pretty little princess!

Goodbye Shoe...Hello new ones!

Well we got dropped off at the airport by our wonderful chauffeur and by the time we get in the airport I realize Ethan has already lost a shoe...this wouldn't normally be a problem but we are going to a very snow-filled state in which wearing shoes is a necessity! Luckily mom and I went and found these little buggers at a used clothing store! Thank you Kid-to-Kid!

Pre-Christmas Celebration

We went up north to the family Seright party and we had a little visitor from Santa! Ethan was so excited he got a present from the big guy, gave it to his cousin and then went back for more to hand out. He clapped every time someone got a present after that!
We also did a live nativity and daddy and e-force played the sheep!
All wrapped up...whilst putting up decorations.
And our first big snow storm...don't worry we put enough layers on our son for the whole neighborhood!
