More Chuck E Cheese

Ryan and Michael decided to race one another. As you can tell, Moochie is blown away with Ryan's incredible skills! Chelsea can't believe that her husband got wasted!!! :-)
Ryan and Kyla were dancing on the blue screen that displayed on 6 different TV them dancing against different moving backgrounds. She is a Daddy's girl!

I caught Michael dancing it up on the blue screen. I'm not sure who loved this the best?!

Eva's favorite ride of the night. I kept feeding this machine token after token so that she could ride it. It takes your picture as you ride it. I can't tell you how many pictures we have her sitting with her handsome date, Chuck E Cheese.

The other favorite ride, the merry go round. Ah, these are the simple joys in life! One thing that I have come to realize, that Chuck E Cheese has gotten even better since I was a kid! I loved seeing everyone have fun...both little kids AND big kids...yea I'm talking to you Michael!

Where a kid can be a kid...

We told the kids that if we read scriptures for a month straight without missing one day, we would do something special. So...drum roll please...we did AND have continued to do so for I believe 47 straight days. The kids wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese... Here is Kyla for a brief moment. She was enjoying herself jumping from here to there!
Ana was showing us her mad skills as she drove on!

I know...I don't know why this keeps coming up in this format, so just turn your heads to the side. Here is Ryan's favorite place! He still has game!

Regan and Maile were playing with the skee balls. They had fun shooting them everywhere...and do I mean EVERYWHERE!!!

Michael and Chelsea came with us. We had so much fun! Can you tell which kid is the most excited?! Michael was cute. He told us that he had the best time and wants to go back there again maybe for a date night... :-)

Batchelor fun...

Yup, still raking those leaves, but this time it is a lot colder now! We had a lot of fun raking while the kids were at school.
I don't know why this picture is displaying like this, but it is. We had our first dusting of snow last week, so Ryan took the opportunity to make a snowball and surprise Moochie...good thing I saw this coming and grabbed the camera!

Maile takes the violin and piano. A few weeks ago, she had her first piano concert. Here were are ready to hear the very best of the best!

More fun with Fall

I caught the girls down in the basement hiding in "their club house" which is the treadmill. They were having the best time talking it up and eating fruit snacks they had got out on their own from our food storage.

Kyla is a million miles an hour and that it putting it mildly. She really loves being a butterfly, so when I didn't hear her butterflying around, I was worried. I caught her passed out on the couch costume still on, mouth wide open. It made me laugh and smile because it is very rare that we catch her sitting still for a moment. Ah if we could only harness a quarter of that energy for ourselves!!! :-)
We have, I want to say a trillion, but really 16 trees in our yard. They all drop leaves like there is no tomorrow. So I find a love/hate relationship with these trees in the Fall time. We have a million leaves drop all over, and that is no lie! I enlisted the kids to help out...Eva decided that rakes were for the weary and was going to do the leaves power style.

Here are all the kids minus Regan...he was raking in another part of the yard...oh the joys of a corner large lot! Funny thing is, after spending 2 hours raking in our yard, the next day, our yard looked like we hadn't raked for weeks. How's that for job security?!

More of Maile's b-day

Here we are enjoying Maile's ice cream cake which was to die for!!! No one was wanting a picture as they were all concentrating on our Cold Stone creation!
Eva has a love for balloons. She took over Maile's balloons with no problems at all.

Maile enjoyed opening her gifts as everyone looks on.

We went to the mall and rode the carousel 3 times...a birthday girl request. While we were there, Moochie was approached by a man wanting him to work for Abercrombie and Fitch. He told Michael that he could have a company car etc. and told him the Michael has their "look." Ah my baby brother!

Everyone had a great time...well, almost everyone. Michael and the kids all got into the spinning tea cups, but Regan didn't want them to spin it at all and actually held the wheel so they couldn't as he was near tears. They still had fun going around and around!

Maile's birthday

Eva adores 'Pee-low" as she calls them. We catch her all the time sneaking other people's pillows so she can have her fix. She loves "Pee-low" like other children love their blankets. She hates having pillow cases on her "pee-lows" and will rip them off no matter how many times I put fresh clean ones on. Her favorite place to steal pillows was from the basement where Heather and the girls were sleeping. We caught her red handed trying to take not one, but two "pee-lows."
Maile's showing us how old she is. We can't believe that our little baby is 10! She opened up a boom box as one of her presents and boy, was she surprised!

Ryan and Maile made a, "Maile CD" with all of her favorite songs on it. Try not to look at her socks that she wore outside!

For her birthday breakfast, everyone enjoyed feasting on her choice of food, which I can't remember right now. Eva loved her costume so much, that she wore it to bed the night before and was ready to eat sporting her Dorothy look from the previous wild night!

Adelaide and Isabel loved being with the birthday queen!

Halloween..yea...I know, it's been awhile!

Regan and Maile showing their loot. We had amazing weather for Halloween! It was in the low 70's! We took everyone around for a few streets and then dropped off the younger kids to race the neighborhood with Maile, Regan, and their friend, Avery. They had the time of their life running to each house. Regan would ring each doorbell with his sword.
Here we are ready to set out. I still can't get over the fact that we didn't need coats! My husband as the hot prince that he always is, Regan as a Gladiator, Greta as Tinkerbell, Eva as Dorothy, Maile as Glinda, Kyla as Belle, Ariana, as Rapunzel, Isabel as a ballerina, and Adelaide as Cinderella.

Ryan giving Eva the low down on trick or treating before we went out. She caught on fast!

Maile pushing Eva on the swing set. They love playing together!

Kyla and the cousins playing chase before Heather and I took them to run errands.
