Ubuntu on Mac: Home, End, PgUp, PgDn

Here the equivalent keyboard shorctus for Ubuntu on Macbook (it also works for OSX).

Home: Fn + Left Arrow
End: Fn + Right Arrow
Page Up: Fn + Up Arrow
Page Down: Fn + Down Arrow

That's all. Tested on: MBP Mid 2012, Ubuntu 16.04.07.
