Here's a cute one of Rachel right after her birthday! Isn't she such a cute nine year old?!?
James' Elder's Quorum had a softball game last week against the young men in our ward. James played and the girls and I went to watch. It was so much fun! They just played for fun...didn't even keep score...and it looked like everyone had a blast. They need to do it more often!
Then Saturday we went to the property with Mom and Dad. Here are a few of the pictures James took...
Then Sunday at Mom and Dad's after dinner it started to rain. Not just rain, it poured! A bunch of us sat on the front porch and watched it.
As it died down a little, torrents of rain were washing down the gutter and into the street! So the kids all kicked off their shoes and went wading.
First it was just my girls (cause they are crazy!) But by the time we were done all of the kids were joining in the fun.
I even got my feet wet! There's nothing like splashing in a puddle to make you feel good!
The kids were all soaked! So Grandma got out some old shirts, the kids stripped out of their wet clothes and into the shirts and paraded around Grandma's house while their clothes were all drying in the dryer. SO much fun!!! What a day to remember! Thanks for the fun times!
