A little of this and that...

Natalie and Nathan's beautiful fiance, Melissa on our way to SYTYCD! Season 5's tour group came to Salt Lake so Mom got all the girls tickets! We really missed Heather and Mary though :( I didn't really watch or get into the season, but that didn't take away the excitement of it all...I think I screamed in all the right times!!!!! Thanks girls :)

Sorry it's a dark pic, our seats were high but we could still see everything really well!

Just getting into character....I love it! I'll spare you all the other pics, but you get the idea, we had soooo much fun!

And this is the guys day out at the BYU vs. Utah game. I guess this is as "in character" as they get. They should have done the Heisman pose or something!

At the lights in Salt Lake. There were A LOT of people there, but we were still able to catch the spirit of our Savior's birth.

Isn't this the sweetest picture?! That look says how fun it is to be a kid at Christmas :)

Baby Gretchen all bundled up!

Abby was so excited to do Mini Cougaretts this year....but only if Grandma and Dev were there with her!

With cousins Aspen and Halli...they were all soooo cute with one very proud Grandma!

Halloween!

Snow White

Ladybug

They loved trick or treating. Abby led the way while Aisha said thank you Mamma or Daddy or grama, or papa. Whichever one that was the closest in age:)

Annual Halloween Party at the "Willvies"

Brooke and Brock sporting the disco look!

Dayne was told he couldn't eat until he dressed up... so he grabbed some stuff from his mission and some old halloween paint form downstairs ..... that's classic Dayne:)

Dev and her gangsta self!
I wish I would have gotten a picture of everyone else, they were all really funny!

I went all out and put on Abby's bunny ears from last year!

More of what we've been up to...

Okay, okay as requested by Nicole... here is a belly shot of our little GIRL! 25 weeks and going strong!

there is something that goes against my grain to post pics of myself.

My favorite time of year...we LOVE pumpkins!

I got the winter stuff out and of course the girls had to try it all on.

...but first Aisha had to take her clothes off in order to try hers on! I'm not sure why:)

I had to put this one on, doesn't she look so big *sniff, sniff*

Our little project...

Before it got too cold, Adam took us to the mountains for a hot dog roast. We usually go on drives up there, but hardly ever stop to build a fire. It was perfect weather and a nice spot by a creek. It was so fun, I love that the mountains are so close.

....and this is right before Aisha went head first into the water!

Soaked and shirtless, but still smiling.

My friends and I went out on a much needed play date to the zoo. They are good at getting me out of the house...thanks girls!

The monkeys were going crazy and one came right up to the window and hit it so hard....but Aisha didn't scream like I did, she handled it very well. Problem solved :)

Abby's first day of Preschool....wait, wait I'm not ready.
She is so smart and loves her teacher Miss Kellie!

A little recap

Swimming with the fam this summer.

I heard Abby giggling in the bathroom and when I asked about it she said "Mom, I look like a lion"

All comfy watchin' a movie

Our 2 year old birthday girl!

She is such a FUN 2 year old! She loved her special day!

It's never a good thing when this girl is quiet (my mascara) I showed her what she had done to herself in the mirror and she started crying so hard and wouldn't open her eyes for a while! If you look close you can see the tears and runny nose :)

Adam works in Sun Valley occasionally and we went with him a couple of months ago. We went to see my Dad's grave out in Mackay as part of the journey. He has always been really good about making sure I visit it at least once a year. We were also able to spend to afternoon with my Grandpa Ivie. I often get caught up in my own little world and don't think about where I came from. It's trips like these that bring me back and help me recall all the fun memories of my family and especially my amazing Dad! I miss him even more when I bring my own family here, wishing he were here to enjoy them with me. I bet he's not too far away though :)

It was neat taking my girls to a place that is so important to me, especially now that Abby is old enough to understand some of it.

While Adam went to work, he droped us off at my Grandma Boyer's house to stay a couple of days. It was so fun and I don't think that I'll ever feel grown up in that house, it's too full of the best childhood memories. I love it! And I loved seeing the girls enjoy it as much as I do!

We went on a walk to do some errands, and Grandma took us to a cute little store and let the girls pick out a toy. You can obviously see what Abby got, but Aisha was twirling hers...she picked a baton :)
