Pros: I can track my jobs in live time, labor hours through the buildxact onsite app are easily tracked to labor costings
Cons: I initially had a bit of trouble linking my xero accounting software to the platform, this has since been rectified.
Overall: BuildXact has helped my company immensely, being able to track labor and material costs daily as ensured we are on top of each project and able to see an issue before it becomes a real concern

Pros: Extremely time saving, easy to use, basic but detailed enough for building. Great for sending off quotes to clients. Great for ordering with suppliers and for work orders for sub-contractors.
Cons: Nothing. We love every part of working with this program
Overall: Buildxact has changed the way we quote jobs and manage job costs. It has helped us significantly. We love using it. It has helped save us money and run our business smoothly.

Pros: Buildxact is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets.
Cons: The only thing I would like it to change is work orders showing the actual date for the timesheet not the date it was created and the times worked not just the overall hours.
Overall: We love Buildxact because it is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets. The guys love the app for their timesheets. It connects to Xero which is great as well. You can also add product catalogues which makes quoting so much easier. The question box is great and we use it frequently, we've even asked to change a couple of things and they did it for us!
