I run all of our monthly subscription products through Salesforce CPQ, yet every payment-reminder schedule is still built manually. My goal is to switch that work over to an automated process that creates and sends the correct reminder for each invoice in the billing schedule—no more spreadsheets or one-off tasks. Scope of work Right after an Opportunity is contracted and the Billing Schedule is generated, the system should automatically pick up the dates, create the reminder records, and queue an email (or preferred notification) to the customer on the right day.
