Ajay Singh brings more than 25 years of experience in the software and services industry to Everpure, formerly Pure Storage. In his previous role, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for VMware’s Cloud Management business unit.

Prior to VMware, Ajay was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett-Packard’s IT Operations Management software business. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Elastic Intelligence, an infrastructure platform-as-a-service company that was acquired by Intuit.

Ajay founded and then sold ProactiveNet to BMC. During his tenure at BMC, he held multiple executive roles and ran the service assurance, application, and DevOps business units.

Ajay holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India.

As a global business leader with 20 years of experience who’s built and ran high-performing, cross-functional teams, Amy is skilled in creating new organizational structures and driving operational discipline to resolve critical scale challenges in hyper-growth environments.

Amy has held several positions at Everpure for more than ten years, most recently as General Manager of FlashBlade. Prior to joining Everpure, Amy led the North American Healthcare business for EMC.

Amy has served on the board of the American Cancer Society’s Portland Chapter and as Board President for the Northern California HIMSS Chapter, where she developed educational programs for over 800 chapter members.

Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in English from College of the Holy Cross.

Bill Cerreta joined Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, in 2013 and currently serves as General Manager, Hyperscale.

Prior to his current role, Bill was Vice President and General Manager of the Platform business unit, responsible for the strategy and delivery of the hardware developed for the FlashArray, FlashBlade, and ObjectEngine platforms. During his tenure, he developed this team to become one of the world leaders in storage platform design and NAND technology.

Prior to joining Everpure, Bill held different and escalating leadership roles at Cisco, including Senior Director in the UCS division and oversight of the system design for the C-Series servers.

He joined Cisco through their acquisition of Topspin, a company focused on low-latency networking, where he was the Director of the Hardware team. Earlier, Bill was Director of Hardware Engineering at Terawave Communications.

He holds five patents in the area of hardware and systems design.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Duke University and a master’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Southern California.

Brad Tallman joined Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, as Chief Supply Chain Officer in 2023. He is responsible for both the strategy and execution of the Everpure end-to-end global supply chain operations, from planning and fulfillment to manufacturing engineering, new product introduction, quality, and more, and lean enterprise efforts in support of driving and maintaining its overall operational excellence.

Brad’s supply chain expertise spans more than two decades, and enables him to lead with a customer-first mindset that ensures an unparalleled customer and partner experience.

Most recently, Brad served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Juniper, where he drove the strategic design and management of a global supply chain network providing differentiated services to Juniper, its customers, and its partners, while enabling the realization of cutting-edge technology to power the next generation of networking. He also previously served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Planning Operations at Juniper. 

Prior to Juniper, Brad held executive leadership roles at Cisco, VeriFone, and Palm. 

Brad has an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Michigan State University, a JD from University of San Diego School of Law, and a BA in History from Pepperdine University.

He is also a recognized leader, speaker and author on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and a recipient of the 2017 Oracle Excellence Award for Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Leadership Award from the National Association of Manufacturers.

Joe Pinto joined Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, in 2019 as Chief Customer Experience Officer. Joe is responsible for leading the Global Services teams and the Pure Performance, Education, and Knowledge (PEAK) training and certification program. He also oversees the continued scale and evolution of Everpure's customer experience model. He is responsible for spearheading digital-first capabilities around automation, migration services, and customer success while supporting Everpure's industry-leading NPS score of 85.2.

Prior to joining Pure, Joe was a Senior Vice President at Cisco, where he oversaw the Technical Services team. During his 28-year tenure at Cisco, his team developed Cisco’s first Technical Support website and created an industry-leading solution support offer for global customers and partners. The solution included lifecycle capabilities, such as onboarding and adoption, and education and learning capabilities. He also created the Cisco Certification Program, which has issued over 3 million technical certifications to individuals worldwide. His organization garnered numerous industry awards under his leadership.

Joe has sponsored customers in the banking, finance, and service-provider industries, helping build strong and trusted business relationships. Joe is also involved with several start-ups, both as an advisor and board member.

Joe served as the Chair of the Engineering Industry Advisory Council for over a decade and is now Chair of the Tower Foundation, both at San Jose State University.

In 2001, Joe and his wife Lynn established the Lynn and Joe Pinto Foundation to assist health, education, and welfare groups in Northern California.

She is responsible for creative strategies that amplify brand awareness, drive demand for the company’s technology portfolio and services, and deliver compelling customer experiences.

Lynn brings 25 years of go-to-market expertise for B2B organizations across hybrid cloud, software and infrastructure markets.

Previously, Lynn was CMO at Cohesity where she built the global marketing function and was a key leader driving scale in a hyper growth environment, while navigating a successful shift to SaaS. While there, she was selected as one of the Fearless 50 customer-led marketers of 2023. An advocate for diversity in tech, she co-led the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council and was executive sponsor for the Women’s ERG.

Lynn’s previous roles included CMO at Veritas and Good Technology, and executive leadership positions at Cisco Systems, culminating as Vice President, Collaboration Solutions for the $5B unified communications, telepresence and Webex portfolio.

In his previous role, Maciej served as EVP and CTO at KONE Corporation, where he led the company’s R&D, IT, standardization, strategic partnerships, customer co-creation, and technology innovation activities.

Prior to KONE Corporation, he built and scaled multiple businesses at Cisco - from growing the company’s Internet of Things division to a $250M business in just 18 months, to expanding the company’s Stackable Ethernet Switching business from $400M to $6B in revenues.

Niki Armstrong serves as the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer at Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, overseeing worldwide administrative functions, including legal, compliance, corporate governance, privacy, ESG, as well as the People function encompassing DEI, talent acquisition, and the Pure Good Foundation. Prior to this role, Niki served as General Counsel, as well as the Vice President of Global Employment Law, Ethics & Compliance, and Litigation at Everpure. 

Prior to Everpure, Niki’s career spanned a broad spectrum of technology companies including eBay, Cypress Semiconductor, Flextronics, Auction.com, and Nutanix. She also served as a law clerk to District Chief Judge Lee J. Romero, Jr. (ret.) of the U.S. Department of Labor and spent a number of years as an employment defense litigator at Gordon Rees Scully & Mansukhani LLP.

Paolo Juvara joined Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, in 2021 as Chief Digital Transformation Officer. With more than 25 years of software development leadership, he is responsible for leading the IT organization and defining the strategy for the systems, technology and tools running Everpure's data-centric, secure business operation. Additionally, he is chartered with building the infrastructure to support the e-commerce and customer lifecycle engagement engine for Pure as-a-Service customers.

Paolo is a software development executive with international experience both in large and entrepreneurial organizations, from hands-on product development and design, to strategy and business operations. Previously, Paolo was the VP of Engineering and CIO for Google Cloud, leading an organization whose mission is to build the next generation of enterprise applications to drive scale and power the growth of Google Cloud. Before Google, Paolo was the Group Vice President of Oracle Application Labs, the organization within Oracle which manages all the applications that run Oracle.

Paolo has lived and worked in four different countries (France, Italy, Spain, and US) and graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Electronic Engineering and a specialization in Software Engineering.

Patrick’s expertise spans the go-to-market lifecycle for hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud companies. Most recently, he led Cloudflare's revenue generation and customer engagement efforts across the Americas. Previously, he was responsible for driving digital transformation with top global customers at Iron Mountain and, before that, served as President and General Manager for Blue Prism. At Teradata, he led a $1 billion+ global digital transformation.

Patrick has led business, sales, and technical teams, and has a proven track record of driving successful customer outcomes and significant stakeholder value across both private and public sectors.

Rob Lee serves as Chief Technology and Growth Officer (CTGO) at Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, where he leads the company’s global technology and growth strategy—aligning platform architecture, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution to accelerate Everpure's transformation in data storage and data management. He is responsible for identifying new innovation and market growth opportunities, ensuring Everpure's technology and business strategy remain tightly integrated as the company scales.

Rob joined Pure Storage in 2013 as part of the FlashBlade founding team and led the software architecture and development from concept through launch for the platform. Rob has helped shape Everpure's technology strategy as the company has expanded into the cloud-native, AI and hyperscale markets and launched Pure Fusion and the Enterprise Data Cloud.

Previously, Rob was an Architect at Oracle, where he focused on large-scale distributed data management systems.

Rob holds over 125 patents in distributed systems, language runtimes, and storage systems. He currently serves on the boards of Bay Area Underwater Explorers and the Cordell Marine Sanctuary Foundation, non-profits dedicated to the exploration and conservation of Northern California underwater resources.

Rob earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tarek Robbiati joined Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance, investor relations, indirect procurement, and facilities. He brings more than 25 years of financial, transformational, and strategic leadership experience in technology and telecommunications. 

Previously, Tarek was CFO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE), where he was responsible for increasing the company’s gross margins, operating profit margin, and free cash flow. Prior to that, he served as CFO at Sprint Corporation, where he led the company’s turnaround efforts.

Additionally, he held CEO roles at RingCentral and Flexigroup, the high-growth diversified Australian financial services company. His significant global experience includes serving as Group Managing Director of Telstra International Group, the international division of Australian telecommunications leader Telstra Corporation, and as CEO of Telstra’s Hong Kong-based subsidiary CSL Limited. He also held leadership positions at Orange Plc, Atradius, Lehman Brothers and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Tarek holds an MBA from the London Business School, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises, and a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics and Electronics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs.

John Colgrove, or Coz, is Founder and Chief Visionary Officer at Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, responsible for developing and executing Everpure’s global technical strategy.

Coz co-founded Pure Storage in 2009. Prior to this, he was the Entrepreneur in Residence at Sutter Hill Ventures. It was there he observed the growing acceptance of solid-state storage by enterprises.

Coz was one of the founding engineers at Veritas Software, which merged with Symantec in 2005, where his 20-year career culminated as Fellow and Chief Technology Officer for the Data Center Management Group.

He was the primary architect for the hugely successful Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) and Veritas File System (VxFS) and later served in various other engineering, management, and consultative roles.

Prior to Veritas, Coz worked for Amdahl Corporation where he was a key contributor to the development of the UTS mainframe UNIX operating system kernel.

He holds over 450 patents in the areas of computer system and reliable data storage design. Coz is a board member of Cerabyte, a pioneer of ceramic-based data storage solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.

Andy Brown has served on the Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, board of directors since September 2019. Mr. Brown currently serves as CEO of Sand Hill East, LLC, which provides strategic management, investment, and marketing services to emerging companies. Mr. Brown is also a member of the boards of directors of Guidewire (GWRE), a publicly traded P&C insurance software company; Zscaler, Inc., a publicly traded company providing cloud security services; LMRKTS LLC, a company providing FX and Swaps compression utilities; Moogsoft, a next-generation Al-Operations company; and SiteHands, a company providing "field engineering as a service." He is also CEO and co-owner of Biz Tectonics LLC, a privately held consulting company. From September 2010 to October 2013, Mr. Brown served as Group Chief Technology Officer of UBS, an investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served in a variety of executive management and leadership roles at a variety of leading banking companies including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Prior to SAP, Greg served as CEO of Vivido Labs Inc. and has held management positions at both Accenture Consulting and Comergent Technologies, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Everpure Corporation.

Greg attended Penn State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and Loyola University of Chicago, where he earned his master’s degree in Business Administration. He lives in Idaho. In his spare time, Greg enjoys boating and equestrian sports with his children.

From August 2009 to January 2012, Ms. Taylor was the Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Silver Spring Networks, Inc., a provider of networking solutions, and from October 2008 to August 2009, Ms. Taylor was the Senior Director, Accounting Policy of Yahoo! Inc., a search engine. Prior to Yahoo!, Ms. Taylor spent over thirteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an accounting firm, in various accounting roles. John Murphy has served on the Everpure, formerly Pure Storage, board of directors since November 2021. John was most recently Adobe’s executive vice president and CFO, putting his more than 30 years of finance experience to work leading Adobe’s worldwide Finance and Operations team and driving continued business momentum. Previously serving as Adobe’s Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and Corporate Controller, John quickly built a reputation as a champion for growth and innovation by leading initiatives to help scale the organization and re-imagine its processes using cutting-edge technologies.

Prior to joining Adobe in 2017, John was CAO and Global Controller at Qualcomm, where he managed a global team leading core financial functions for the company. Previously he spent 10 years at DIRECTV, ultimately leaving the company as senior vice president and Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. John also held senior financial positions at Experian and Nestle and began his professional career at PWC.

John is a member of the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee of LegalZoom (Nasdaq: LZ) and Kyriba. With an active passion for philanthropy, John is a member of the board of directors and finance committee of Encircle, provider of counseling and housing services for at-risk LGBTQ+ youth. He is also a member of the board of directors for Modernism Week, an organization championing the education, preservation and sustainability of mid-century modern architecture and design. In addition, John is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of USC’s Marshall School of Business and the Foundry at Fordham University. Roxanne reimagined Accenture’s global digital ecosystem, integrating content, mobile and social strategies to share the company’s vision of a connected business environment and to elevate awareness of the need for the world’s leading companies to embrace digital and prepare for AI and automation-driven changes. At Accenture, Roxanne led a global team of more than 1,300 marketing and communications professionals and served as a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee.  

Before joining Accenture in 1995, Taylor held a variety of business, marketing, and corporate communications roles for Reuters, Citicorp/Quotron, Credit Suisse, and the Deak-Perera. Named as one of Forbes' "World's Most Influential CMOs," she is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, The Committee of 200 and Women's Forum of New York. Roxanne is a Director of Everpure, a provider of enterprise data storage solutions, and OpenX, an ad tech company. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Ad Council, Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), Reporters Without Borders (leading the RSF Marketing & Communications Committee) and Only Make Believe, a nonprofit providing interactive theatre for children in hospitals.

Jeff Rothschild has served as Advisor and Venture Partner at Accel Partners since 1999. Mr. Rothschild was the Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering at Facebook from 2005 to 2015. Mr. Rothschild previously co-founded Veritas Software Corp., where his role included product strategy, sales and marketing. Prior to Veritas, he worked with a number of companies in the areas of storage management, system software, and networking. Mr. Rothschild holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and is the Vice-Chairman of the university Board of Trust. Mr. Rothschild currently serves as a board member at Interana, a data analytics software company, and Lytmus, a skills assessment software company.
