Gunner - take a look at the OSE Model of Change for our approach and what problems we are solving - and how we grow and scale. I also have the OSE Constitution 2026 - the highest level social contract intended to be at a similar level of abstraction to the US Constitution.

The growth plan of interest is OSE Growth Plan 2026 which includes a rollout consistent with the OSE Model of Change, so we can start telling a consistent story.

• Nested outline of all cost components - top level - house- subcomponents, land, permitting,
• Then there is top level of OSE

• Worse before better - lots of interventions Gunner did - ex near term bad interest rates - or getting in shape - you are sore the first few days. But once you do this, you'll get better.
