Meditation can include physical activity, as a treat.
I like rock climbing. You have to focus on the present and be in tune with your body.
And if you arent anymore, you have two options to the experience:
A: A quick end
B: A long painful end
Active meditation is the best!
My sister once went on a rant about not getting inner peace, even though she bought the best VR headset and the best meditation app and everything.
