The growing grassroots movement against Flock cameras has entered a new phase. As citizens’ concerns have gone largely unheard by local governments, the people have begun taking action on their own: disabling, destroying, stealing and vandalizing Flock cameras. And if social media is any indication, it is inspiring the people.
