    I question whether Vatican is the good cop in the global elites good cop/bad cop theater and that the outcome will be the same regardless.

    Like this could all be psychological manipulation to help grow the Christian nationalist ideology. …like this is the evolution of the movement from the trump/maga people by way of psychological manipulation and marketing.

      Christian nationalism is more of an evangelical thing rather than Catholic. And evangelicals fucking hate Catholics. Pope Leo doesn’t exactly seem like a trump/maga person. In fact, Catholics tend to be pretty evenly split in the US; 47% lean democrat and 46% lean republican.
