How releases work

Spokenly currently ships on three release tracks: the macOS sideload build (with Sparkle auto-updates), the Windows build (with a built-in updater), and the App Store iOS build. Linux builds are available on the Linux page. The Mac App Store version is no longer being updated but is still available to download for users who want a frozen build.

Sideload Mac and Windows users get update prompts from the app itself and don't need to manually re-download new versions. iOS users get updates through the standard App Store flow. See macOS releases for the full sideload version history, and Windows releases for the complete Windows changelog.
