We use it to coordinate engineering and operational resources across multiple projects, and it provides a clear view of availability, utilization, and scheduling conflicts. The heatmap views make it easier to identify overloaded resources before they impact project timelines. The interface is also straightforward, which helped our team adopt the platform without extensive training.

Cons: Some reporting options could be more customizable, especially when trying to generate project-specific operational summaries. Updating schedules across multiple active projects can also become repetitive during busy periods. Additional automation around recurring scheduling activities would improve efficiency.

Before implementing the platform, resource planning relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual coordination, which made it difficult to maintain visibility across multiple projects.
