Pros: What we appreciated most about Teliqon was how quickly their call tracking and smart call routing improved our workflow. Before implementation, it was difficult to track where calls were coming from and how efficiently leads were handled. After switching to their cloud telephony solution, we reduced missed calls by around 29% and improved response time across campaigns. The interface is straightforward, analytics are useful in daily operations, and the system performs reliably even with higher call volumes.
Cons: The only noticeable drawback is that some onboarding materials and documentation are still focused mainly on English-speaking users. During the initial setup, we had a few cases where we needed extra clarification from support.
