"Avoid at all costs" Posted 2026-05-16
Pros: Nothing at all.
Awful company with mediocre AI technology. There are far superior AI sites out there especially for teachers who are looking to reduce their planning loads.Cons: Very basic AI system, little imagination and unhelpful customer service.
Attempted to sign up for a monthly plan to trial and ended up paying £72 accidentally for the yearly subscription. Explained the situation to the customer service team who essentially told me tough luck.
Now left with a useless AI platform with no intention to use as it is basic and boring and is no comparison to other companies such as Chalkie and Gamma.Overall: Save yourself the time, effort and money and avoid TeachMate. Enjoy a better experience elsewhere. If I could give this company 0 stars then I would.
