Pros: Been using it now for years. Setup was and has been simple and seamless. The auto execution and scheduling has been great.

Overall: I'm a long time user who has tried dozens of alternatives. None made the cut over Synchredible. Great software

Pros: Creating the backup schedule is very simple and well-guided. Subsequently, backups can be performed with the push of a button or fully automatically.

Cons: None. The program perfectly backs up all files in plain text. The copies are absolutely exact and identical.

Overall: I can recommend this without reservation, and the price-performance ratio is perfectly reasonable. As a private user, I purchased the paid version anyway, as I feel the developers deserve this small "reward."

Pros: Synchredible works very well and very quickly. It NEVER crashes. Program updates are simple to download when published. When Synchredible runs in the background, it appears to use a nominal amount of memory, not slowing down my laptop. The program is Very Fairly priced as well.

Cons: I am not a computer expert but know my way around a laptop fairly well. While I am able to use Synchredible successfully, there are commands within the program that I skip as I do not fully understand as to their impact on backing up files. I recommend a simpler explanation of the commands so that Synchredible users (and potential users) would be more comfortable with the program.

Overall: I use Synchredible every time I use my laptop as I use two separate external hard drives to which I back up my files. Using this program makes it much more simple than to save new files individually to external hard drives. Overall, I do recommend this program to others who need to perform either manual or automatic backups.

Pros: Synchredible offers a very clear and intuitive interface, making file synchronization straightforward even for non‑technical users. The scheduling options are flexible, the detection of modified files works reliably, and complex folder structures can be mirrored without issues. Performance is stable and fast.

Cons: Some advanced settings could be explained more clearly, and the design feels a bit outdated. In addition, Synchredible does not work with Seagate My Cloud devices, which limits its usefulness for users with network‑attached storage. Cloud integration in general would be a valuable future enhancement.

Overall: Overall, Synchredible is a dependable, efficient, and easy‑to‑use solution for regular backups and file synchronization. It performs consistently, offers strong value for money, and focuses on functionality without unnecessary complexity. A solid choice for both personal and professional use.

Pros: The tool works quickly, and the displays in the "Process" columns and the automation options are very clear and informative. The ability to edit jobs afterward is also excellent. The creation of shadow copies is another noteworthy feature.

The step-by-step creation process and the ability to copy individual jobs make creating new tasks quite easy.

Cons: The support is abysmal. I've never experienced worse or more arrogant support. For example, the Syncredible window docks automatically as soon as you approach the edge of the screen. Even worse, it can only be undocked with a sudden mouse movement. This is incredibly annoying if you just want to quickly move the window to your second monitor. This forced automatic docking cannot be disabled.

The AI, which is in dire need of improvement and is supposed to help with questions and problems related to the tool, initially offered a glimmer of hope, as it claimed (or rather, hallucinated) that it could be moved by using the Alt key in conjunction with the mouse. The support representative confirmed that this was incorrect. He added that such a thing wouldn't be possible in Syncredible anyway, because Syncredible isn't a "hacking tool." Wow! All my other requests (e.g., deleting the contents of the source folder after moving the window) were rejected in an arrogant manner – and the dialogue with Ascomp was simply terminated.

Since I can no longer expect any significant updates due to the support's behavior, I will not continue my subscription.

Overall: I'm trying to forget about the inadequate support, because it would cast an undeservedly bad light on the otherwise reliable and recommendable tool.

Pros: Ease of use and strong customization, allowing different uses in different contexts. The speed of executing different backups and reliability are other extremely positive aspects. It has saved me several times!

Cons: Despite having positively evolved in design recently, it still has a less modern appearance.

Overall: I have been using Synchredible since 2013 with great pleasure. It is simple, but at the same time, powerful and professional software that keeps our work files safe. I highly recommend it to keep our digital life safe.

Pros: The biggest advantage is that when I create or edit documents or spreadsheets, they’re saved very quickly. And if the document or spreadsheet already exists, only the new version is saved—not the same one all over again. That way, your files stay organized, you don’t end up with the same file a hundred times, and you don’t have to search for which one is the most recent.

Cons: Now, let's talk about the downsides.
Personally, I can't think of any downsides—the program is just perfect for me.

Pros: Support responded within 15 minutes.
After the solutions suggested via email failed to yield the desired results, we worked through the individual steps together during a phone call and found a solution.
Subsequently, all saved synchronization tasks were reviewed. Adjustments were necessary in some cases—adjustments that were even explained in detail.

Cons: I didn't notice anything negative.

Overall: Fast service—friendly and competent. All issues that arose were resolved during a single phone call.

Cons: The software is currently at a level where there are no negative aspects or areas that need improvement, as I only use it for my data backups. Only a software developer could find areas for improvement, which I'm not aware of at this time.

Overall: I've been using Synchredible for many years and think it's excellent software. I particularly like the ability to synchronize files on different disks "on the fly," the ability to schedule data backup tasks, and the ability to use different network drives or NAS. The support for long file names (more than 256 characters, including the file path) is also excellent. Synchredible has improved significantly in recent years and offers greater flexibility to make it easier to use and more user-friendly. Personally, I'm more than satisfied with it.

Cons: This is the perfect solution for all my synchronization and backup needs in a single program, so there are no downsides.

Overall: I have been using Synchredible Pro for years for data backup and am very satisfied with it. I use it to back up all my important files across multiple SSDs and HDDs.
It transfers all my media files from my office computer to my HTPC while simultaneously backing up my entire music and video library.
It even detects when I update the tags of an MP3 file and automatically updates the files on the HTPC.

Pros: Synchredible is easy to navigate and works every time for both local syncing and network syncing too.
Email & Windows notifications can be set for each task if needed and works perfectly.
Network syncing to NAS devices works a dream.
Error report works well and generally its user error not the software

Cons: no operational cons but would like to see in a future update the ability to set the colour of the software window to match system colour configure ie Light or Dark modes

Overall: The best Syncing software on the market and priced at the right level too. Good support and regular updates to fix or improve the software which is exactly what you want .

Pros: Lightning fast, clear interface, easy to set up backup tasks and to change them when it becomes necessary to move folders around among drives. Very fast installation of updates. Received quick response to a support request, and quickly implemented an interface suggestion. It doesn't get any better than this!

Cons: This is the only software I've seen that has no minimize button on the window.

Overall: Compared to the hassle that's typical with software companies these days, I was amazed at the quick and helpful response from Ascomp.

Pros: Synchredible has al the possible synchronizing and backup scenarios covered. It is reliable and accurate, fast, and logs all activity.

Cons: My only negative is purely a personal preference, and that is the rather dated interface, and color scheme.

Overall: I have been using the product for eight years and I have not had cause to require support due to an issue with the sync or backup process. I recently did contact support regarding the connection of network drives and this was resolved within 24 hours.

Pros: I particularly appreciate the simple user interface, while the software still offers many setting options.

Cons: For my personal needs I can't think of any disadvantages. All the possibilities I want are provided by this software.
