About Saner CVEM
SecPod Saner CVEM is a continuous vulnerability and exposure management platform designed to help organizations discover, prioritize, and remediate risks before attackers can exploit them. The platform unifies asset discovery, vulnerability detection, compliance management, endpoint management, posture anomaly detection, patch management, exposure visibility, and risk prioritization in one workflow. Saner CVEM uses AI-powered asset visibility, machine-learning anomaly detection, and intelligent prioritization to identify both known vulnerabilities and exposure gaps that traditional scanners may miss. It evaluates risk using factors such as EPSS, CISA KEV status, SSVC, asset criticality, business context, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, and CWE mapping. The platform also supports integrated patch deployment, posture improvement, compliance automation, and continuous scanning across Windows, Linux, macOS, AIX, servers, endpoints, and third-party applications.

Pros: Support is top notch and quick with communication as well as hopping in remotely to find a solution.
Cons: Some of the menu items are redundant and can be confusing/hard to intuitively find. In EM, there are two different actions tabs.
Overall: Pretty straight forward software and does everything you need to distribute software remote to your users and monitor as an Admin. I don't know about the pricing at all and am new to using this software so take what I say with a grain of salt. =] Arun has been very great assisting my company with training and support.

"Great in security aspect!" Posted 2020-08-29
Pros: It has a very good support team and support for the software, and it is one of the great applications while talking about patch management. It has a very wide range of features available.
Cons: Quite expensive and not so user friendly. It will take time to learn the software.
Overall: One of the best security software available in the market but not so user friendly for new users and a skilled user might be necessary to take over the software.

"Don't use these folks. They have forgotten who made them." Posted 2020-08-20
Pros: If you set it up right, the SaaS will do patches on most, but not all installed software. It is good on OS support but... Their support alert system is good. They will broadcast email alerts on critical vulnerabilities instead of just waiting for the next update cycle. Pay attention to those alerts.
Cons: Not an Automated service. Requires a lot of baby sitting . Labor intensive for the "Partner". Be prepared to add staffing.
Overall: Their marketing model pricing makes it such that you are NOT a Partner. You are a simple customer. You will pay them a base $200 dollar / Monthly fee regardless if you sell 1 or 50. You take all of the marketing risk and that in my opinion is not a partnership.

To be honest, I was a Partner last year but went to another organization because it was a fully automated SaaS and only cost a little more per seat. During that period the other organization went with the same marketing model so I came back to SanerNow. That was when they told me that they were still not automated and that they had gone to this new minimum level purchase in an effort to "weed out" smaller "partners". We smaller partners were the ones that made SanerNow a success. Now they are only interested in supplying services to the Enterprise. Their Service isn't any better than other providers, costs the same or more and it is not Automated so look elsewhere, I am.
