Rise Vision

Pros: Easy to use, easy to deploy, easy to navigate, and reliable. We love the ability to use templates, and the integration with Canva.

Cons: There is nothing I do not like. Everything about this platform suits our needs, we love it, and the ability to keep things rolling without worrying is the best!

Overall: Overall, the cost is fair, the customer service is good, and the ease of use is the big plus! We love the scheduling aspect which effortlessly keeps the signage up to date!

Pros: What we appreciate most about Rise Vision is its ability to display multiple pieces of content at the same time. This feature is especially valuable in a large, active learning environment like our Wellness and Performance Center. We can show workout instructions, movement demonstrations, announcements, safety reminders, nutrition or wellness education, and program updates all within the same display. This helps us keep students engaged while making important information visible and accessible.

Rise Vision has also helped us create a more professional and dynamic environment. Instead of relying only on verbal directions, printed signs, or separate slideshows, we are able to use digital displays to support teaching, reinforce expectations, and highlight key messages. This has improved the way we communicate with students and has made our space feel more connected, modern, and intentional.

Cons: None. It has been seamless to use and the customer Service has been exceptional if there was a question or issue. Most issues are user error or in need for further teaching

Overall: One of the biggest reasons we chose Rise Vision was the need for a seamless platform that could display educational content in one of our largest classroom spaces while also allowing us to share important updates throughout the school. In a Physical Education, Strength and Conditioning, and Wellness environment, communication happens in many forms. We need to display class instructions, schedules, announcements, reminders, wellness resources, performance information, and student-facing educational content. Rise Vision allows us to do all of that in one organized and professional-looking system.
The platform has been user-friendly and practical for our needs. We are able to update content efficiently, which is important in a school setting where schedules, announcements, and instructional priorities can change quickly. The ability to manage and rotate content has helped us keep our displays relevant and useful without creating unnecessary extra work for our staff.
Overall, our experience with Rise Vision has been very positive. It has supported our Physical Education department, enhanced the use of our Wellness and Performance Center, and provided us with a valuable communication tool for our students and school community. We would recommend Rise Vision to other schools or programs looking for a flexible, reliable, and visually engaging digital display solution.

Pros: It works on everything! Very flexible, nice, and has everything I need. I enjoy using the schedules and the presentation designer.

Cons: It has a learning curve. But support can help. I really can't say anything bad about the product because it doesn't get in the way.

Overall: I enjoy using ours for signage across several buildings. We use old PCs running Linux and have no complaints.

Pros: Rise Vision is extremely easy to use. It is a program that has transformed our ability to communicate with our students. It also allows us to celebrate successes and share good news. We use it as a learning tool - daily history facts, etc. We are able to save so much time by using the presentations and has really been informative.

Cons: Some of the editing is not that great. For instance, if I upload a photo and I want to use some text with it, it is difficult to get the font to look great. I find myself doing something in canva and then just uploading it as an image presentation. This is just a MINOR detail because the program is incredible.

Overall: Using Rise Vision has been a great experience. It has allowed me to save much time by using the templates for presentations. It allows us to communicate effectively and quickly. The amount of time saved has been incredible. This has strengthened our school community.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use. I can change, add or delete screens everyday in just a few minutes. They have a lot of templates available to use or modify to make my own. I also love that they take suggestions for new templates. If you use Canva you can import images from Canva into rise. This makes displaying my menus and any important information to students and staff easy and quick.

Cons: So far everything has been working great, no complaints!

Overall: Rise has been super easy and fun to use. I love the many choices of templates and the ability to display my menus. This only takes a few minutes to set up and I can change things daily if needed without taking up a ton of time. I highly recommend!

Pros: I like that multiple users can access and post. Makes the management much easier from a teaching standpoint when you want to have a student upload and post to our board. The templates also make it east to produce quality, professional presentations for the boards.

Cons: The platform when uploading what is viewed on the screen is hard to deal with. Sometime the sizing and proportions have to be a trial and error to get them to fit perfectly.

Overall: Overall easy to use, and convenient. I would recommend for the use of their templates and content ideas.

Pros: Ease of use, multiple methods for slide design, dynamic and engaging, fun slide options that update in real-time

Cons: I don't have any cons as of yet. You will need consistent reliable internet connection to avoid disruptions to the programming.

Overall: I use Rise Vision to display dynamic school announcements, and it has been a great addition to our campus communication tools. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes creating and updating content quick and efficient.
I especially appreciate the flexibility—there are many pre-existing templates to choose from, or you can easily create your own by uploading images or multimedia slides from programs like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
Our staff and students really enjoy the variety of content available within Rise Vision, such as Animal Facts, Joke of the Day, Book Quotes, and more. It helps keep announcements engaging and fresh.
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using Rise Vision as a way to display rolling school announcements and share information in a more interactive and visually appealing way.

Pros: It is very easy to update content and customize it for each display, ensuring our content is always fresh and accurate for the intended audience.

Cons: The back end android UI on the displays and Rise Vision boxes feels a bit unpolished.

Overall: Very happy with the product and the easy of use! Because the content is so easy to update, we've found ourselves consistently keeping our content fresh and relevant.

Pros: Rise Vision has excellent customer service. They are timely and thorough! They even create personalized instructional videos to help with issues you may be having.

Cons: I had used a different digital signage company before and I found it difficult at first to navigate Rise Vision.

Overall: Overall I would recommend this product. Once you get more familiar with it, it is easy to use and if you can't figure it out, customer service will help!

Pros: RiseVision is very easy to setup and manage. The premade content is high quality and allows me to create great looking presentations that I don't need to spend tons of time maintaining. I can also easily publish different presentations to different wings or buildings.

Cons: The price is a little high for the amount of students we have, however you get what you pay for, a I haven't found a competing product that matches its quality.

Overall: From start to finish the process of purchasing, installing, configuring, and maintaining the RiseVision system has been easy and intuitive.

While customization can be somewhat limited compared to design‑heavy platforms, it excels at clear, consistent messaging and centralized control. Overall, it’s a dependable solution that does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity.

Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate and set up. This is a great platform for sharing fun and informative announcements especially to those who do not read email announcements.

Cons: The compatibility restrictions of images are sometimes inconvenient.

Overall: Great! The set up was simple and the team have enjoyed the fun and informative announcements we've displayed so far.

Pros: Easy to use and eye catching. Everyone in the building is excited about this product. And its helpful to getting special announcements out to our students.

Cons: I haven't encountered anything I don't like, everything has been easy.

Overall: Rise Vision was very easy to learn how to use, has templates for just about every situation that I've needed, and fun to use

Pros: The pros of Rise Vision include the established templates, ease of importing outside images/video footage, and the ability to modify schedules and monitors.

Cons: There is very little not to like about Rise Vision. The only critique I could think of is the inability to stretch portrait images or videos into landscape mode in order to fill the monitor/screen presenting.

Overall: I use Rise Vision on a daily basis to promote special events, welcome guests into our school, and message out information to hundreds of individuals each day.

Overall: Rise Vision is a solid, user-friendly digital signage solution, especially for schools, but it may lack advanced customization and can get pricey depending on scale.

Pros: I really appreciate how Rise Vision simplified getting information onto our displays and put everything under one management system. It allows us to micromanage down to different departments, who can then control the displays in their area. Most of our employees have been able to easily take hold of the built-in templates and edit them. The integration with Canvas was especially beneficial for our school district. Overall, it’s been the ease of use that stands out to us, and the initial setup was quick and easy.

Cons: The back end portal could use a little bit of reconfiguration. Sometimes you get lost in some of the menus.

Overall: Using Rise has been fairly easy and the feedback has been great. We demoed 2 other platforms and chose Rise in the end for our digital signage solution. It was backed by numerous reviews and recommendations from fellow colleagues.

Pros: I love how fast I can get info out to those who need to know, and it's great not having to create and post paper flyers everywhere.

Cons: I'm not tech-savvy, so it took me a LONG time to learn!!

Overall: 10/10 recommend! As I said previously, it's very confusing and daunting at first, but once everything clicks, it's invaluable!

Pros: Easy to set up and support is phenomenal! Its been a pleasure since the very beginning. In todays environment, it is refreshing to find such a wonderful product backed by top tier support.

Overall: Since the very beginning I have been extremely pleased with the product as well as the support I have gotten when I have a question. They are always fast and super helpful and friendly.

Pros: I like having multiple screens, with the ability to run different message and programs on each of the screens.

Cons: It's a little clunky getting started, but easy enough to figure out.

Overall: I like using RiseVision. It's great for creating reminders for our staff and students. And there are fun and interactive messages that I can integrate to keep everyone engaged.

Pros: Easy get multiple styles of messages out to viewers. Great premade templates. Super easy to set up the continued play. We love that we can set up a whole year of birthdays and it automatically displays them as they are coming up.

Cons: Everything is wonderful once you get used to the program. It is a little difficult to manage some screens when needing to duplicate a template but then change the content within it. Once you figure that out, everything is a breeze!

Overall: Absolutely recommend this to any business, school, college, etc. This allows us to post daily information but can change over to an emergency system should anything happen.
