Pros: I am a bit of a dinosaur with technology. But this was extremely easy for me to set up. I can recommend this for everyone.

Cons: I liked everything. It was a good experience. 😃😄😀

Overall: I highly recommend this event site. Easy to use and looks good. The session was very positive, easy to follow and user-friendly. I felt comfortable throughout and there was nothing I would change.

Pros: Very good customer service. Once you get the app installed everything goes smoothly. Will definitely be using them in the future for all my shows

Pros: I love the smooth and easy step by step creation of ticketed events! Nothing confusing or difficult in the creation of my event.

Pros: The ticket creation process is sooooo much smoother than event brite. Easiest thing I've ever done.

Overall: Overall, this experience has been pleasant and I WILL be using these guys, again. My fans love the idea of not needing physical tickets for my shows.

Pros: I was so happy to find PromoTix after Eventbrite unpublished and canceled our event without our knowledge due to the fact that we had CBD drinks available at the event. Not only did they cancel our event, but they locked me out of the entire platform which had all of our data from previous events.

Cons: Can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like about the platform or the app.

Overall: It was very easy to set up, and I love using the app to manage the event and orders. We had a registrant who was unable to attend and it took me 30 seconds to refund them.

Pros: PromoTix is easy to use for both administrator and user. Easy to navigate and get your event up and running. I appreciate that it doesn't feel exclusionary like Flite for example, where you have to give your instagram profile and wait to be approved. The service fees are also very low for ticket buyers, vs the giants like Ticketmaster.

Cons: I wish there was more marketing opportunities for my events within the PromoTix platform. The design is also not the most aesthetic or cool looking, but it is functional.

Overall: Overall I enjoy the PromoTix experience for its' ease of use, accessibility, and low fees. I don't love the look of it but at the end of the day I'm just trying to sell tickets. I will continue to use it for my events.

Pros: Extremely intuitive and fast to set up. Kind of shockingly easy. And low ticket fees, and the ability to process all kinds of different payments.

Cons: Haven't found anything I don't like yet... Though I'd like to see more transparency on how fees are calculated.

Overall: Seems wonderful so far, waiting for something to go wrong! Love how quick and intuitive it appears to be.

Pros: I signed up to promote my events on this website and it was super easy to do. Very user friendly easy to understand and no hidden fees.

Overall: Wonderful service also and real people on the other end. I had received an email from Will who asked if I needed further assistance right away after listing my events.

Overall: I’ve really enjoyed using PromoTix overall. The platform is easy to navigate and makes event creation and ticket distribution straightforward, even for someone without a technical background. Customer support has been responsive and reliable whenever questions come up, which adds a lot of confidence when running events. While there is room for more advanced features and deeper analytics, PromoTix delivers a smooth, dependable experience and has been a valuable tool for managing and promoting events efficiently.

Pros: brilliant help, sold me so much tickets and advertised my event on homepage consistently, better than WotsOn.

Cons: i found /navigating the website to be challenging before i got the hang of it.

Overall: i really enjoyed using the website, i recommended it to all my friends and family, my uncle is using it for his upcoming event.

Pros: I like that it is friendly and easy to use. It is a great alternative to the restrictive EventBrite platform.

Cons: No cons - much better service than others out there!

Overall: Such a great experience! I have had the best time using the ticketing Hub and will probably not use other alternatives in the future.

Pros: I really love PromoTix because it has helped me to save my time in selling tickets for concert to buyers.

Overall: I experienced success throughout my process using PromoTix and I am able to control the PromoTix ticket sales option.

Pros: The flow and form is good and the "Your forgot this field" prompts are especially helpful. The trainer was thorough and the step by step process easy to use.

Cons: Still exploring, but a little more event page design options might be nice, although I realize you need to balance this with being mobile friendly.

Overall: Two of were in training yesterday. I tweaked the event my partner built slightly today and then went on to largely rough out the event page for one of our largest events. Few UI interfaces are that straight forward and easy

Pros: The app is easy to use; we have the option to scan the tickets, and we can connect to Stripe to receive it in our regular account.

Cons: Taxes are expensive, and seems to me that we are losing some money from the transaction from PromoTix to Stripe, and then to Stripe from our account.

Overall: So far, so good. I may use it again! It could have more features to include combos of tickets for example, but I like how easy it is.

Pros: It's smooth and easy to navigate and purchase your tickets. All detailed show description is listed with show times and dates, ticket fees, who's all involved and a blurb from the producing companies or event hosts.

Cons: There isn't any with PromoTix! There is nothing negative about this site. Its overall best than others i used in the past.

Overall: Best overall experience and easy transition navigating the site. Some other ticketing companies give you the run around with there site and customer support but PromoTix is simply different its one of the top ten sites.

Pros: When I was looking for event management and tickets, I search for Eventbrite, I wouldn’t know about PromoTix, while i was looking for so many searches how to create event in Eventbrite, and so many, while all the time I am getting suggestions of PromoTix, while I thought, let me check about what it is, how it’s works and how easy it is. While I did, I found it’s very easy to manage, no money, no hidden cost, which attracts me more, to check I have registered, created a event, publish it with link and all other place I published I got really good responses, after completing event, I received email about detailed report which is free.

Cons: So far I have created only one event I am not what is cons of this but to be honest, I have did and all experience are good so far.

Overall: Overall, I had a great experience. So many positive signs I have seen, never had a bad experience so far. Really good, 100% recommend to others.
