Pros: The biggest advantage of Proget is definitely the technical support – it’s fast, responsive, and highly committed. There were even situations where technicians came on-site to help with updates and implement new features. The company truly listens to its users – I’ve submitted feature ideas and some of them were actually implemented, which is impressive.

The system works great for managing a fleet of devices – in my case, 27 phones across 3 companies, all managed from a single console. Features like kiosk mode, geofencing (we use it to block YouTube for drivers above 30 km/h), and corporate contacts management work very well. Android backup is also reliable and easy to manage.

Another big advantage is the licensing model – I have a lifetime license, so I don’t have to worry about subscriptions. The pricing is very competitive, especially considering the level of support – in my opinion, one of the best on the market.

Cons: The main downside is still limited support for Apple devices – it’s improving month by month, but it’s not yet as feature-rich as Android. The same applies to Windows – I have two devices connected and they work fine, but the functionality is quite basic.

Also, you need to stay within your licensed number of devices – exceeding the limit requires purchasing additional licenses.

Overall: I’ve been using Proget for about a year as an IT administrator, managing mobile devices across three companies. I use it daily, and around 30 minutes is usually enough to monitor alerts and keep everything under control.

Previously, we used other solutions (including cloud-based ones), but Proget clearly stands out in terms of customer support and responsiveness. They often reach out proactively and provide remote assistance when needed.

This solution is especially strong in Android environments. If you’re looking for a reliable MDM system with excellent support and a fair price, I can definitely recommend Proget.

Pros: Enterprise mobility management (EMM) tool for Apple macOS and iOS devices. Jamf Pro includes a host of features that helps to simplify device deployment, analyze inventory data, and respond to security threats easily.
Easy software updates. Report, configure, and deploy all OS and third-party software updates. Rich functionality. Convenient control.

Cons: At the moment there are no cons for our use. But like any software product there is room to grow and expand its functionality.

Overall: Recommended if you need MDM in your company. Very good contact with technical support and contact person in Proget.

Pros: Intuitive, available in Romanian, excellent technical support via chat window, quick response, automatic updates.

Cons: Not all functionalities needed and you have to pay for something you don't use.
