About OmniShield
OmniShield is a process automation engine used to redact documents and obscure (PII). It is a GDPR security tool for securing an individual’s PII. There is also a manual redaction component that can be used for auditing or performing ad hoc automated redaction on any document, ParaVista. Paragon does not use any third-party cloud services or APIs for our AI-enabled applications. We made the decision three years ago that AI is a science we need to understand and master, right down to the algorithms that we use for our convolutional networks. We believe the use of artificial intelligence will continue to grow at an exponential pace and will present a technical revolution that goes far beyond the ability of conventional technical solutions engineered in the past, and we want a prominent place within that technical shift. OmniShield has two engines for completing the redaction process, a Regular Expression (Regex) engine and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine.
