Pros: Easy to configure, no-code solution, out of bot integration with major content sources like SharePoint, Service now, Confluence, Oracle Knowledge, Google Drive, Azure Blob, One drive etc.. Has debug window which allows to analyze which chunks been sent to LLM and how many were used by LLM, and tokens been consumed, prompt template support, different LLM model integration support, business rules abased filtering, support advanced RAG, chunk overlapping and other adv. features
Cons: Not much as I know, better to support Video and Image searches which is in the future road map.
Overall: Very satisfied with the search experience, accuracy of the results and performance. Lot many content sources to integrate, flexible model library, prompt library support, evaluation studio to validate the generated results, analytics to check on most frequently used search terms, ability to collect user feedback etc.
