Pros: The standout is automatic extraction of inbound inquiries: no more re-keying requests from marketplaces and emails. Our venue catalog was generated straight from our website during onboarding. Quote management, BEOs and multi-site handling are clear and fast. We genuinely saved time tracking options and following up on pending deals.
Cons: Still a young product: a few integrations (PMS, e-signature, calendar sync) are rolling out. Reporting could be deeper for management-level oversight.
Overall: Adopted to run several venues and stop manually re-entering everything. Quick setup, responsive team that actually acts on feedback. The value-for-money is excellent for a multi-site operator. A real answer to inbound requests that used to sit there without a quote.
