    "Worse Experience I have had" Posted 2026-05-28

    Pros: If it ever gets to work, the features would be nice, but at this stage I cannot honestly say it has any pros

    Cons: If there is a glitch you get caught in a never-ending loop of AI assistance. I have given up and actually called Shell to voice my concerns about them selecting them as their platform.

    Overall: I do not trust they can properly handle any issues, so will not be using their card. I hope my voice is heard by them and they improve, it is just as simple as investing in humans as well
