Pros: All of it! Electronic efficiencies makes it so easy to use and communicate in a short and effective manner!

Cons: I do not have one bad thing to say about this product!

Overall: Overall this product is very comprehensive! I cannot say one bad thing about it and am so happy that my organization made the decision to go this route!!

Pros: Ideawake is easy to use, many different functionalities that can be utilized, and well set up design.

Cons: Ideawake can become hard to navigate if tutorial is not given over the software.

Overall: Overall experience was above expectation. As there are many options for products, I am very impressed with this software and how many programs could utilize this system.

Pros: Super easy to write posts, review others ideas, ask clarifying questions, see responses and respond instantly. Plus you get an email notifying you of questions or responses to your posts so can go in and review what's new.

Cons: As i have only been using a short time i haven't found anything i don't like yet.

Overall: Great!

Pros: It's easy to get input from a number of people in various locations, which is useful for a large organization. You can view colleagues' ideas and comment on them. It allows for collaboration for colleagues at a distance.

Cons: The server can be down and there can be technical glitches with the system, which happens with all technology. Tech support is helpful in these situations.

Overall: A good solution for crowd sourcing ideas and getting employees to submit ideas related to a specific problem or need.

Pros: Could get project done quickly.

Cons: Took a lot of navigation.

Overall: Preferred over in person attendance.

Pros: Ideawake is easy to use to gather various ideas from all over our organization in one place and allows for crowdsourcing and voting options.

Cons: The set up and feature options were not as user friendly at first. It took some getting used to before i was able to understand the workflows.

Overall: Our team really enjoys Ideawake as a way to generate innovative solutions to our everyday healthcare problems.

Pros: I really liked that it was so user friendly and easy to navigate. I also liked being able to see all the other projects going on.

Cons: I have nothing to report that i didn't like. Still learning the options.

Overall: I think this is a neat program and excited to use it more often and see how the ideas roll in. Voting makes it interactive with the teams too!
