    "No response from support" Posted 2026-04-24

    Pros: When there is no problem, there is no problem. They have a knowledge base you can read though while your VPS is offline.

    Cons: They took my VPS offline, 24 hours ago. No response to tickets, no response to email, no phone support.

    Overall: Avoid at all cost. Never ever. First time my VPS was offline for 7 hours, with no info whatsoever. This time it is already 30 hours. They do not work outside their working hours, nor inside.
